阿爾卑斯運動酒店(Alpin - Das Sporthotel - Ski in Ski Out CityXpress)

We've been to Sporthotel Alpin twice and we can only say positive things about it. The proximity to the lifts, the attentiveness of the hosts and the staff, the cleanness of the rooms, the inside pool for kids, outside sauna, fondue restaurant for dinner... Everything is pretty delightful in this hotel. You literally can ski in and out. The ski rental place is 1min walk down the hotel. You don't even have to go anywhere to get your ski passes; they print them for you at the reception. Ski room is spacey enough. Also, it's a pet friendly hotel. In our previous time, our dog was freely roaming thru the hotel. So, we could hardly find anything below expectations with this hotel. But most important factor I'd say is the fact that the hosts, Elisabeth and Stefan are so lovely, accommodating and patient. They even give us free tickets for the local hockey game there. That's why we prefer to keep coming here and most likely will do so again in the future.

This family run hotel is the best! Stefan and Elisabeth truly have mastered the art of a perfect guest experience. Nothing was too much trouble, every member of staff appeared to serve from their heart and I think Stefan gave us the best check in experience we’ve ever had, better than some of the most luxurious 5 star hotels. Have nothing to complain about. We even managed to squeeze in an ice hockey game courtesy of the hotel. We stayed in the 2 bed suite and it was lovely.

A wonderful family run hotel with excellent customer service. Elisabeth, Stefan, Pia and the team really look after you with everything you need. This is a fantastic ski in-ski out hotel on the footsteps of the City Express lift. Well appointed and spacious rooms and a short walk into town for cafes and restaurants. If you get the opportunity go and watch the ice hockey, just dress for the cold as the arena is not heated. Go Polar Bears!

I just stayed in this hotel last week for a skiing holiday with my 2 kids (14 ja 17 yrs.). Cheking-in to the hotel was smootest I have ever experienced in any alpine resort. They knew exactly who we were when we entered the hotel, luggage was taken to our room and skis to the depo immediately. It all took about 2 minutes and we were in the elevator with ski cards for the next day in our hands. Every encounter with the staff was friendly and helpful. We even got tickets to see a local hockey game which we did, it was great... Icebären won!!! Location is right next to the slope, so ski in-and-out is easy. There is an afterski tent between the hotel and the slope. It can get quite crowded and loud... nice, if that is what you like. Anyway, the Hotel is propably 300m from all the restaurants and bars in Zell am see, so it is easy to find a suitable place for everyone. Sauna and pool were quiet, so we had them to ourselves every time we went. They put too much herbal fragrance in the sauna water! (my only complaint) Normally I am too lazy to write anything afterwards, but this Hotel was so good that they deserve it.

Not only is the hotel wonderfully appointed, modern rooms and , with great dinners that suppressed my expectations and centrally located, but Elizabeth and team and super accommodating when someone skied into me and damaged my knee. Thankyou for the lift to and from the hospital. Jennie

Wir waren im Herbst 2021 als 10köpfige Golfergruppe da und hatten sehr viel Spass ! Das Hotel schien gefühlt fast nur für uns geöffnet zu haben, trotzdem war alles da, was man sich gewünscht hat. Hervorzuheben war auf jeden Fall die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber und des Personals, die sich durchweg sehr viel Mühe gegeben haben.
