索內霍夫費力恩酒店(Ferienhotel Sonnenhof)

Sehr schönes hotel und Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet und sehr bequem. Super Wellness. Sehr freundliche Personal im Restaurant, an der Rezeption, die Zimmer Damen. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Wir hatten Ski Ferien und war sehr gunstiger Lage für zillertal arena.

Im Sonnenhof sind einfach alle Bereiche sehr empfehlenswert… angefangen vom Service der immer freundlich und schnell ist…der Wellness Bereich lädt zum erholen ein … ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub… jederzeit gerne wieder im Winterurlaub

Wieder im Sonnenhof - und das Hotel wird immer besser! Wunderbar, das die Stammcrew wieder an Bord ist. Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft, Lust und Spaß beim Dienen am Gast - all das ist nach dieser Corona Zeit so schön zu erleben. Das Essen ist noch besser geworden! Super Frühstück mit Riesen Brotauswahl, leckeren Marmeladen und Säften, Kuchen (auch mal Waffeln), leckeren Schinken und Eierspeisen - Herz was willst Du mehr? WIEDERKOMMEN - denn das Abendessen ist T O P! Die Vorspeisen sind kreativ, die Suppen einfach lecker (wenn es warm ist, hat man die Wahl zwischen Suppe und Smoothie), die Hauptgerichte ein Fest für Augen und Magen. Die Desserts ebenso - man kann sich nur erfreuen und begeistern! In den Zimmern ist alles piccobello, ebenso im Wellness Bereich, im Restaurant.. Eine Wonne auf der überdachten Terrasse bei Hitze oder Regen morgens und abends speisen zu können. Die Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind auch für erfahrene Zillertal Urlauber immer noch top. Die Angebote an den Bergbahnen werden umfangreicher, leider auch saftig teuer. Zum ersten Mal haben wir keine Zillertal Aktiv Card genommen und eher das Angebot an der Höhenstrasse bzw. auf den Halbhöhenwegen genutzt. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder - so eine Freude, diesen Ort 2005 entdeckt zu haben und dort eben *nicht daheim und doch zu Hause zu sein" DANKE und bleiben wir alle gesund!!

Das Essen war gut, das Hallenbad sauber aber weiter eine erschreckliche Erfahrung. Für Stammgäste muss jeder neue Gast Platz frei machen. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und für diese Preis! Eine Nacht ohne Dusch, nur mit eine Streit ein ander Zimmer bekommen aber die angebotene Lösung war geh duschen bei das Schwimmbad! Die erste Abend bekommt mann ein Tisch für die ganze Urlaub aber dann kommt eine Stammgast die auf deinem Platz sitzen will und dann kannst du irgendwo anders zu. Fischallergie nennt mann da nicht so ein grosses Risico. Na, jaTödlich, aber die Leuten sagen so gefährlich ist es nicht! Die Kommunikation ist erschrecklich und die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich. Wir sind ungefahr sechs Wochen in Österreich in 4 Sternen Hotels aber haben noch niet so etwas erfahren. Nie wieder!

First time stay at Ferienhotel Sonnehof. From arrival to departure cannot find fault with anything associated with the hotel. Warm welcome. Comfortable room. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Good choice of food both for breakfast and evening meal. Enjoyed the entertainment that was arranged for 2 nights. Ideal situtaion for expoloring the surrounding areas.

This îs a family owned hotel with excelent facilities, located at the outskirts of the village near the ski lifts. However in my view the hotel is catered for mainly German speaking clients and thus they tend to be colder with people that don’t speak German, most probably due to language barriers. Which is a shame! Pros: one the best food selection I had in during our stays in Austria, very nice and cozy rooms / apartments, some of the staff in restaurant made real efforts to deal with us as non German speakers, very nice pool area, sledges and children strollers available. Cons: this is a 4star superior hotel but they have lockers in the spa area that operate with 1 euro coins (??), the farm house is not in the same building as the hotel so one needs to walk in the middle of December through the outside parking to access the pool area; did not manage to find slippers in the room, wanted to take some of the coffee as take away in the last morning but they don’t have paper cups to offer, some of the stuff in restaurant did not made and effort for helping non German speakers. Also in my view the hotel is missing a bar area where one can have a drink after dinner ( there are only few tables and armchairs around the reception, but not really a bar) What I also found strange (maybe is just me) is that you find across the hotel pictures of the family owning the business, including some that I find private such as from wedding, with grand parents, which children in different moments in time. But not really to complain on this.

The food was good. The shower was broken and they didn"t offered us another room. The second night after a long discussion we got another room. They promessed us an minibar for medication but when we arriveed it was a problem
