安塔雷斯酒店(Antares Hotel)

我必須在早上 7:30 之前離開，所以我無法享用早餐（週六早上 7:30 開始供應），但作為替代方案，我在前一天晚上吃了一個帶三明治的“午餐套餐” ，水果和雞蛋。

接待處的工作人員非常友好，南邊的房間可以看到馬特宏峰的美麗景色，但需要翻新一下，水療中心很好，而且在一個宏偉的房間裡提供豐盛的早餐。滑雪室不實用。

我和丈夫以及 10 歲的女兒在朋友推薦的這家酒店度過了非常愉快的一周，位置非常方便，步行 10 分鐘即可到達市中心，同時還有前往馬特洪峰的滑雪纜車Glacier Patadise 距離酒店有100 米，早餐種類豐富，在俯瞰馬特洪峰的房間裡供應，工作人員很專業，對一切都樂於助人，房間每天清潔良好，配有優質的浴室床單和舒適的床，最後還有一個令人愉快的小型水療中心。特別感謝主廚 Gaetano 提供的美味早餐，Miriam 提供的優質卡布奇諾，以及非常友善的主管 Samuel，他照顧了所有顧客。

距離火車站約1公里，可欣賞馬特洪峰的美景。這就是正面的一面。它需要一些維修和新員工。早餐很糟糕——一位起始成員跑掉了不新鮮的糕點，很少的水果——穀物麥片是很好的麵包咀嚼物，冷肉不新鮮。螢幕和房間裡的熱水龍頭也壞了。

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was in overall clean condition and a decent value. We we lucky and had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room. The morning breakfast was also quite good. We liked the location near the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise aerial cable car. The only negative is that the hotel clearly hasn’t had a refresh/update in quite a number of years. Other than that, we appreciated the stay and the staff especially.

A great hotel and even more amazing staff. Very accommodating and very pleasant. The rooms with a view of the Matterhorn are awesome. The hotel is only a block away from the Cable car and about a 15 min walk to the train station.

In 20 anni non è mai cambiato,si vede che ha perso una stella,almeno così riportava booking,mentre i tendoni dell’hotel ne segnavano sempre 4. Colazione non abbondante,una volta era ottima,questa è deludente,preferibile andare in qualche patisserie. Stanza pulite e staff gentile,tranne una persona che è stato poco gentile. Per quello che ho trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono. Posizione buona,15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Avevo chiesto la gentilezza di inviatmi uno shuttle alla stazione ,una volta lo avevano ma mi hanno risposto che non c’era. Poi per le strade ne ho visto uno con su scritto Antares 4 stelle,adesso non so se era di un altro hotel,se era il loro con il numero di stelle errato e se quando l’ho richiesto ,intendevano dirmi che fosse occupato. Comunque sono rimasto deluso dalla struttura.Andando spesso a Zermatt credo che la prossima volta lo eviteró. Breakfast not abundant, once it was excellent, this is disappointing, preferable to go to some patisserie. Clean room and nice staff, except one person who was unkind. For what I found the value for money is not good. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the station. I had asked for the kindness to send me a shuttle to the station, once they had it but they replied that it wasn't there. Then on the streets I saw one with Antares 4 stars written on it, now I don't know if it was from another hotel, if it was theirs with the wrong number of stars and if when I asked for it, they meant to tell me it was busy. However I was disappointed with the structure. Going to Zermatt often I think I will avoid it next time.

The wellness/spa was incredible! The location to the main gondola was fantastic - was a 30 second walk which made life so easy. They have a ski locker room with boot warmers which was a great touch. Breakfast was really good, has a cool bar, and all the staff were so accommodating. It’s about 10 mins walk to the main shopping street, and the rooms with Matterhorn are just perfect.
