位置很好，市區中心，酒吧晚上也不是很吵，早餐中規中矩，除了酒店不太好找，在狹小的過道二樓，其他的都還可以，值得推薦，畢竟采爾馬特比較貴

地理位置好，距火車站大約400米，街兩側非常熱鬧。早晨在房間居然看到了日照金山，很是興奮。服務人員熱情友好。但設施有些陳舊，房間有些狹窄。

很棒的酒店

房間雖小，設施基本齊全。房間離主街很近，晚上樓下的酒吧超吵。早餐簡單又精緻。如果您預算有限並且想要短暫停留，我只會建議您。

As an “older” hotel and often used by skiers it serves “short stays” well. The entry way is off the Main Street and rather difficult to notice as there is a rather narrow short stairway leading up to a small entry. There’s also no lift in the 4 story building. A smaller than normal staircase in the building makes getting suitcases a real chore. I spent the rather daunting task of walking around to one of the other hotels and asking. Even the girl at Grampi’s Pizza right next store did not know. 🤪🤪🤪 The staff does an okay job of keeping it clean. Bedding leaves a little to be desired. But having noted the downside of the hotel it has its ‘perks’ of being just a short 8 minute stroll from the train station and right in the middle of the shopping district. Location, location, location. The included breakfast is good and Rosa makes you welcome with her smile every day.

Not sure whether to give three or four stars. Positives were the cost, the short distance to the station, and the breakfast. Negatives were the small size of the room, the tight staircase that had to be used to reach any of the rooms, and the unreliability of the WiFi.

Très bien situé, la chambre était petite mais confortable et avec un balcon, petit déjeuner était correct dans une jolie salle. Salle de bain minuscule mais correct pour une personne à la fois. Le prix était très intéressant et le personnel accueillant.

Please note I am a simple person with simple needs. The hotel is fairly close to the train station in Zermatt. This review has three parts, the good, the bad, and the ugly. The Good - good location fairly close to the train station and a grocery story. Also a pub almost directly across the street, and just down the street was a margarita bar. It also sits above a bakery - handy for breakfast. My room had a door that was handy to let in a bit of air and provided a decent little view. The Bad - the address is Bahnhofstrasse 72 and at the location is a bakery. As you llok at the bakery, just to the left are the stairs that lead up to the hotel, and then more stairs to the lobby area, then more stairs up to the rooms. If you are schlepping luggage it can be a bit of a hassle. The Ugly - to be fair, the hotel and decor and rooms are a boit dated, but if all you use the room for is sleeping and getting cleaned up, it is fine. It also has a sofa.

Booked the hotel because it's centrally located despite the so-so reviews. Have not stayed in Zermatt before and the hotel replied "We have reserved a double room with mountain view for you from Tuesday, 31 Mai 2022..." Wait! What mountain view? We checked in late as the drive from Zug was long and tiring. Hotel was easy to find; out the train station to the left and walk about 5-minutes and you see the big hotel sign. The entrance was in the side alley and we had to self check-in with the name list on the door to the room keys. We walked up a dimly lit stairway and fund the room was so tiny we barely had space to move. Yes there was a window. But it opens up NOT to mountain view nor fresh air but to another apartment's front door and landing. Plus the toilet was so tiny one cannot but knock against the taps and shower door. Spartan room but WiFi works. We expected at least a coffee maker or percolator in the room but none. We literally had to stay out of the tiny room except to return for the night to sleep. Breakfast was OK with a small spread. Then when we asked to leave our luggage after checking out instead of leaving behind some area where they are looked after we were asked to just leave them in the 2nd floor common area, which was just outside our room. So much for security and safety. Yes, it's value for money but wished I had taken my second choice hotel further down the road. At least it has a real mountain view. Was looking forward to a first good impression but this hotel really disappointed. But had a great time up Matterhorn with clear views.
