美都普水療酒店-澤馬(Hotel Metropol & Spa Zermatt)

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, was meinen Besuch besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage des Hotels mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Matterhorn war einfach top – in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht. Fünf Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war top. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen großartigen Aufenthalt!

Wonderful family hospitality. Great location for mountain access. Breathtaking Matterhorn views. Very clean and relaxing spa facilities. Good, comfortable rooms. Extraordinary service and care from our hosts and all the staff. Meals were huge, fresh and tasty with focus on regional produce and traditions. We all just loved it!

When we arrived in Zermatt, we found out our hotel was over booked so they upgraded us to this hotel. I was worried at first, as I paid for a room with a view of the Matterhorn at the other hotel. No problem, we still had a view and it was a beautiful view. The other hotel took care of everything for this hotel, so we didn't pay anything more then our original rate. The staff here were super friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We only stayed 2 nights, so we never took advantage of the pool or spa. Breakfast had the usual European options, with the added bonus of a Matterhorn view. Our room was more of a suite, with a couch. We also had a balcony with a couple of chairs. There's no air conditioning, but even with the hot days, the evenings become cool and the room cooled down for sleeping. The hotel is an easy walking distance from pretty much everything in town. We had plans the morning of check out, so they were kind enough to store our bags. They also provided transport to the train station. A nice added bonus, even though the walk wasn't too far. I would definitely stay here, should we ever return to Zermatt.

Séjour de 2 nuits dans ce bel hôtel à l'emplacement idéal en bord de rivière avec vue sur le Cervin. Accueil au top, petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité. Chambre single petite mais propre, avec eau en bouteille en verre !

Charming hotel with the friendliest staff in an unbeatable location next to the river and a 3 minute walk from the entrance to the Sunnegga funicular. Surprisingly beautiful pool & hot tub with Matterhorn view. Got a single room on same floor as the pool, so it was not the quietest but it was more spacious than I expected. In all, great value for money by Zermatt standards.

I am not someone who typically writes reviews, however the Metropol was so differentiated that I felt I needed to this time. I truly cannot say enough good things about the Metropol. The staff were some of the most helpful and hospitable people we have ever met, going above and beyond to help answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure we had a great visit. I was genuinely sad to say goodbye to them at the end of our trip. The hotel also has it all: From the convenient ski room in the basement with ski boot warmers on the wall, to the spa area and pool, and the incredible food each morning and night. The central location also allowed us to easily walk to everything, and our rooms had everything we needed including an absolutely stunning view of the Matterhorn. I highly recommend the Metropol for anyone venturing to Zermatt!

Recently stayed at this lovely hotel. Excellent stay and well looked after. Dietary needs always managed. If there wasn't anything on the set menu suitable then we could choose from the a la carte at no extra. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views from the bedroom.

The friendliest staff I have ever come across in a hotel. All of them really cared and helped with everything, including taking the luggage to the room and skiroom. Small things like asking about the skiing when passing by the reception and so on.

The hotel has an impeccable view of the matterhorn from the room balcony. Large rooms and cozy room. What more can one ask for? The pool and spa is also a definite plus. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly.
