到張家界學院很近，酒店位置非常方便，門口廣場非常大，房間內全屋智能，衞生間乾濕分離，乾淨衞生，空調非常給力，床上用品乾淨舒服，下個月到張家界還住這家酒店！

老闆娘很熱情，還給了提前入住，九點就到了店裡，路線不熟，引導我去了早餐店，主要是去找好兄弟，還告訴我學校往哪裡哪裡走，還有接送高鐵站服務，接我沒有體驗到，因為看到平台要提前預約，我就沒有預約，送的時候我和我的好兄弟體驗到了，很快10分鐘左右就到了高鐵站，下個月應該還要去住

房東服務特別熱情，還免費奧迪接站，幫忙提東西上樓。裝修都很新，房間天貓精靈全智能，設施很齊全，很乾凈。樓頂有洗衣機烘乾機，洗衣服晾衣服都很方便，都不用多帶衣服，洗完第二天就能穿。建議訂完房先聯繫房東買景點門票，有內部價。交通很方便，走路就能去七十二奇樓，打車去天門山也很近，房東還可以介紹司機。特別滿意的一次住宿。

服務：應該是一個夫妻店 老闆和老闆娘特別熱情 雖然沒有電梯但是老闆和老闆娘還有老闆的孩子會幫忙把行李送到房間 還有在高鐵站接客送客的服務 特別喜歡這家酒店 是我在張家界住的酒店最完美的一家 而且酒店位置靠近七十二奇樓很方便打卡 以後再去張家界遊玩還是會選擇這家酒店

距離七十二樓很近，晚飯後溜達過去就好，房間設施很智能，乾淨清爽，老闆夫婦特別熱情，因為旁邊有裝修，一到就先給我們解釋，並可以免費退房更換，我們覺得不影響，行李都是老闆幫忙拿的，走的時候還送我們到高鐵站，贊👍
