謝里登旅館(The Inn on Sheridan)

It was a good and neat hotel but too far from the city of chicago.

From the front end staff to housekeeping each person countered was amazing. As a versed traveler I will say the staff even the breakfast staff were the best staff I have ever encountered.

Jay at the front desk is definitely an asset to this property. He was outgoing and a over the top with his Helpfulness.

I was really impressed with the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was very clean and charmingly decorated. It was a bonus to have a playroom for the kiddos. I would highly recommend to friends and family to stay here. Absolutely loved it.

The standup shower had water all over the bathroom floor because the shower curtain and lack of a floor lip. The room was too warm, and the AC/Heater unit was useless.

The customer service was amazing the gentleman was very welcoming and informing. Their breakfast was amazing the best I've had in a hotel and the rooms were very private and upscaled.

I stayed on third floor with balcony facing Sheridan Road. The room had been partially renovated with flooring instead of carpet. Beware it is very noisy from cars going by so bring earplugs. I had to have maintenance bring batteries for tv remote since front desk didn’t have any. My main issue with the room was the beds. They are so high that couldn’t sit on edge of bed & had problems figuring out best way to get in bed. So I sat all the time in the desk chair. No maid service done. If you want more towels you can get at front desk or catch a maid in the hall. It’s a real trick getting balcony door to stay closed. They do now offer buffet breakfast which was ok. But when it ends at 9 weekdays & 10 weekends you have to leave fast . If you want to finish eating your food you have to go to lobby area where there are tables. They do sweep & mop the floors/stairs in lobby & by doors.

Staff was very friendly, helpful. Breakfast very good, nice options, clean surroundings!

Cute and quiet boutique hotel. Loved the balcony and breakfast. Game room was closed as well as the restaurant for renovations. The desk lamp in my room did not work which was a why I gave four stars; as I was hoping to get some work done. However great, quiet and unique space.
