Staff is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY rude! Very negative attitudes NOT very helpful

Not bad

It was the worst, whole place smelled like ****, no manager around, no breakfast, dirty and no kitchen supplies. ********** called manager and only got refunded $34, which didn’t even cover what we had to pay to compensate for what we paid to get. The extended stay where we stayed should be out of business and ********** should be ashamed of themselves for doing business with them.

It was not a good experience at all! First, when we got there they asked for a $100 deposit! Isn't a CC enough for incidentals? My keys did not work, tried twice, then someone from front desk opened the door and room smelled of smoke! Changed room, key worked but i had to shoulder push door to open door. Breakfast to go (included) consisted of a pot of coffee and 7-8 mini muffins. Kids running and screaming through the Hallway at 3 am. Left a day earlier out of despair. I think this place is also used as a homeless shelter. Saw two squad cars by entrance when i left....

We reserved 2 rooms with a king and pull out couch. Only 1 room had a pull out. They had one luggage cart, which had a broken wheel. The 1 and 2 buttons on the elevator did not work- we had to get on elevator on 3rd floor and my husband went down the stairs to call the elevator so that we get get our luggage down. They said grab and go breakfast but had nothing out. We asked and they found granola bars for us and said they would have more food tomorrow. They did not. We had a room with 4 people in our family, but only 2 towels. We asked for more and they said we had to exchange the used ones. We said we only had 2 towels but 4 people, they said all of them were in the wash.

First room was cleaned Had to wait in line to get a new room next room was not stocked Bathroom had nothing No soap, shampoo, No cups. Half roll of TP Called front desk No one came Ad said breakfast on the go Front desk said breakfast on the go til 9:30 Went down to the breakfast room Coffee only

Call the hotel if you’re going to be late. They don’t allow check in after 11 pm. Tried to check in at 12 am but they won’t let me. Won’t issue a refund.

No cookware in the room….no chairs for the table….no sofa sleeper in room which was included….remote for tv was broke….no phone in the room….

Booked the room just to be told no rooms were available so I was forced to sleep in my car at a truck stop
