Below Zlatá Olešnice, on the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 20 m from the stream, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 4'000 m2, garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, pond. Patio (20 m2), terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing).
