The location was excellent and the room was ok. The service however was not good at all. I had booked a double room for myself and my 16 year old daughter. When booking at the site she was considered a child of the age 16. When checking in the man questioned this booking and claimed that a child should be small enough to fit a very small bed. After some arguing from my side that the booking clearly stated 2 people, we were allowed into the room. However, there was only one set of towels etc in the room and we were not offered more (also a small child would have liked their own towel).
When we had checked-out we discovered that my daughter had forgotten one of her AirPods in the room. We contacted the hotel and they confirmed that they had found it in the room. When I asked them to put it in an envelope and send it to us (against payment of course), we have not heard a single word back, even after reminders. This I classify as really bad service and not a hotel that want their customers to get back and I can in no way recommend this hotel to others!
