蘇黎世伊甸湖畔保護區酒店(La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich)

非常漂亮的酒店，工作人員非常友好，一切都很完美，除了健身房很小而且沒有設備

Wir waren für 2 Tage im La Reserve in Zürich. Der Empfang war bereits nach Ausstieg aus dem Auto sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, begonnen von der Rezeption über die das Restaurant im EG und die Hotelbar. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat nichts vermissen lassen. Auch für unsere kleine Tochter war alles gerichtet und sogar ein Kuscheltier bereit gelegt. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight, alles frisch zubereitet und keine Wünsche blieben aus. Die Lage des Hotels ist sagenhaft ein paar Schritte und man kann an der Promenade vom Zürichsee einen Spaziergang machen. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stayed here for 2 nights and, overall, the hotel was very good. Has a boutique feeling to it on checking in. Reception staff all helpful and charming but not a "grand hotel" which was not a problem. Car valet and parking service and location is right alongside the lake and a 5 minute walk from the old town. Modern decor and amenities but lacked a library or reading area (at least we could not find it). There is the ground floor Eden Bar which was fine although quite stark. DJ on Saturday nights and Sunday early afternoon. The only disappointment to us was the room. We went for a Deluxe City and ended up on the 4th floor in room 47. In terms of amenities the room was absolutely fine - King size bed with quality linen, decent shower and branded shower gel etc. The problem was there was no sofa or arm chairs so we were confined to reading on our beds and the bathroom / corridor, had one sink so only one of us could access the sink at any one time. There was a small outside deck with chairs and a table which would have been good in the summer but it was -4 when we stayed. The website advertises these rooms as "1 Queen- or King-size bed, 269 to 355 sq ft 25 to 33 m2 and couch - in almost all rooms". Probably the luck of the draw - great to have the King size bed but unlucky to have no sofa or double sink bathroom. On Sunday night we ate at La Muna on the top floor and would definitely recommend that. Charming staff and very good food in a good atmosphere, we really enjoyed that. Took a look at the gym which was clean and modern although not particularly large so not all CV equipment might be available early in the morning. I would definitely return although would want to de-risk the room issue with going for a higher category. The room size was a downside for us on this trip but everything else was very good.

Ich war eine Nacht im La Reserve. Zimmer 42 (Premier Terrace Room, 4 .Stock mit Seeblick). Und ich kann nur schwärmen! Ein tolles Hotel, mega Design, schöne Zimmer und freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Lage und Blick sind sehr gut. Fruehstück gibt es nur a La Carte, was ich persönlich nicht so gut finde. Gibt aber verschiedene Varianten mit unterschiedlichen Kombinationen. Aber lecker war es. Hammer allerdings das La Muna im 6.Stock. Philippe Starck as it’s best. Und das Essen ist super. Die Dachterrasse rundet das besondere Ambiente ab. Also somit absolut empfehlenswert das La Reserve.

We thought the Reserve , Eden was a beautiful property facing the charming lake Lucerne. All of the employees there from management to reception, concierge, and housekeeping plus porters were beautifully trained and personable. They went beyond our expectations by a mile. The restaurants including LaMuna and the Michelin 1 star were exceptional. Perhaps our favorite employees were Dora who was a server at the restaurant LaMuna. The only reservation we had is that 5 star hotels on the lake in Switzerland are so expensive!! If budget is your only guideline, this would not suit. But on all other measures, it was superb, and would have gotten a 5. Perfect score.

I paid for a corner room with a view of the lake and was given a side room overlooking a street. The management insisted this side room was a corner room and wanted to charge me $200 per day to change to a lake view room or $1200 per day for a corner room with a view of the lake. Very disappointing with this and the below average service overall. I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Zürichsee in einem architektonischen Juwel. Der Aufenthalt dort war von Anfang bis Ende top notch. Das betrifft den Service von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise, die schön eingerichteten Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick über den Zürichsee und das Essen. Ein Highlight sind die Dachterrassen mit Blick von der Stadt bis zu den Alpen. Besonders gut ist auch, dass das Hotel direkt an einem der besten "Badis" liegt. Einmal vom Hotel über die Straße gehen und schon kann man im Seebad Utoquai schwimmen gehen.

Our experience at this hotel was virtually flawless. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere and design where cutting edge and the service was top notch. Even the other patrons where unique and interesting to observe. Breakfast service downstairs was exceptional. We were truly made to feel like VIPs.
