西城貝歐茲自助入住及快閃酒店(The Home Hotel Zurich - a Member of Design Hotels)

El hotel súper cómodo, la ubicación perfecta, al lado de un mall y a 2 mins de la estación y del tranvía. El precio bastante bueno para zurich y el tipo de habitación donde habían 4 camas y dos baños. Volvería sin duda. Súper limpio pero lo que no me gustó es que no hay personal con quien hablar para el check in , el cual es un poco tedioso al tener que enviar una clave que se demora para retirar la llave y no hay donde dejar las maletas en custodia. Solo por eso le quito una estrella.

We stayed at the Becozy hotel in Zurich for 4 nights & this is our honest review: Positives: 1. Location, it is located in a shopping centre so easy access to amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants & a local supermarket. (Nothing is open on a Sunday except Starbucks & a juice shop) 2. Bathroom, it is large with enough room for two people to get dressed comfortably Negatives: 1. Cleanliness, the room was not clean at all there were other peoples hairs and stains all over the carpets. We stayed 4 nights and if you would like your room cleaned it is an extra fee. 2. Staff, be warned there are no staff on site ever. Meaning all communication is via a mobile QR code. Anything you want will be an extra, see examples below; - extra pillow requested, they have no pillows on site so not possible (the pillows are paper thin & you get one) - extra cardboard cups, you are provided 2 on checkin, we stayed 4 nights so asked if we could have more to which they refused stating we should buy cups for our stay. In the end they agreed to leave some the next day as no stay were on site, but they never turned up. - Towels, you get two small body towels which do not get refreshed. If you would like more you have to pay. 3. Communal areas, often smelt of ****. 4. Air con, does not work even with windows closed the room would get hotter despite being on the cool setting 5. Trash, you have to empty your own bins which are in a sketchy basement of the building. In summary whilst the price is lower than some hotels in Zurich it is absolutely not good value for money and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

I stayed there for business for 2 nights. The automatic check-in was terrible, as the email with the code for the box holding the roomkey never arrived. Had to use their chatbot for a while in order to get this code. Once in the room, I noticed there was no soap, no shower gel and no shampoo. Chatbot again saying that they have nothing at the hotel and that I should wait until the next day...I finally managed to switch to a room with soap and shower gel, after wasting so much time. Hence, I will certainly never return to this place and never recommend it to anyone...

Fifth time here today. The good points - big rooms, cheap and no fuss. The bad points - anything not going to plan, you’re in trouble. You get two key card for your room via an electronic digital box (if they send the keycard code to your email once checked in - I had to ask for one via WhatsApp after waiting 10 mins, without email) Now the fun starts. Went for dinner and now the key card doesn’t work. Back onto WhatsApp, and have been told they have no staff and I need to wait 45 mins for someone to turn up. As I write this (49 mins into waiting) someone seems to have turned up. Shame - great concept, just doesn’t work very well yet…. As I said, this is my 5th stay, first bad one but it leaves a sour taste…

Good size room and comfortable. The location was great - very easy to reach by tram and in a nice district right next to modern shopping centre with lots of amenities. I booked via *********** and had some issues in receiving the codes for check in via email - but there was an online chat available that helped me to sort it. Recommend booking direct to avoid this. Great value for Zurich and a nice walk from the property to the old town - but if you're looking for somewhere more in the old town itself, this isn't the best option.

We booked online and the confirmation for check-in stated that we can enter at 2pm. We arrived from Italy by train. When we came to the hotel we could not enter as we needed a code to enter that were supposed to be mailed to us at 11am, but since we did not have access to the internet we never received to code. After standing in freezing cold for about 20min a guest staying in the hotel opened the door from the inside. We tried to check-in on the tablet but it said our room is not ready. The we tried to contact some-one on the QR code but only spoke to an AI bot that gave the same answer that we can only check-in at 4pm. We waited for 2 hours and then our rooms was still not ready. Finally an Italian lady who have are also staying at the hotel assist us to get into contact with a real person who helped us to get into our rooms. The rooms were nice and spacous as in the pictures. Its not sound proof and you hear people walking around during the night. Our coffee machine was also not working. The rooms are not cleaned. The is the worst hotel I stayed in in Europe.

I had a great experience! The room was clean, giant, quiet and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location and there is a tram station in front of it, so it’s very comfortable. Although there’s no breakfast included, all the rooms have a Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, free water and a little fridge too. I will come back again for sure!
