TL;DR: - the non smoking room I paid for *reeked* of smoke. - they said they would have someone come check it out; instead I waited for over an hour and no one came. I called and asked when specifically they would arrive, they said they would call me back to let me know. Never did. Then they just stopped answering the phone. I finally had to go to a hotel instead - after talking to their customer service 3 times, had to get Booking (who I booked through) involved. They agreed to refund me, but have have not paid. It's been a month and at this point I've had to call customer service 9+ times. Very unprofessional company. Has been a huge waste of my time and money.
