威德酒店(Widder Hotel - Zurichs Luxury Hideaway)

Best ever. Amazing service. Great bar too

Para mim, o melhor hotel de Zurique para quem deseja discrição e tranquilidade de um hotel de cidade. Ótima localização, ao lado da Bahnhofstrasse, perto das linhas de bondes e da estação de trem. Um super 5 estrelas, mas que te acolhe como você estivesse em casa. Ótimos restaurantes (um com estralas Michelin) e bar. O AuGust, é um restaurante despojado com ótimas opções da culinária suíça, especialmente salsichas locais. Academia bem equipada.

Ausgezeichnet einfach alles, Zimmer der Hammer, Frühstück super, schlafen wie ein Engel, die Baar hat alles wo man mag und noch mehr (Whisky) Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr freundlich, wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder in den Wydder, liebe Grüsse aus dem schönen Haslital.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at the Widder Hotel. Not only is it a beautiful property conveniently located in the heart of Zurich, but what made it extra special was the attentiveness and support that the concierge staff provided to us. Our luggage was delayed at our connection in Frankfurt. It contained all of our ski clothing that we were planning to wear on our next stop in Zermatt. The Widder concierge team did everything in their power to help us locate the luggage and track its delivery to us. If anyone has lost luggage with Lufthansa before you will know that it is nearly impossible to get a person on the phone to assist you. The Widder staff stepped in seamlessly even though they did not create the issue. We are grateful to them and so enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Widder team!

I recently stayed at the Widder Hotel and my experience was disappointing overall. Despite being granted an “upgrade” through American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts, the room was still small and not what I expected for the price, which was over $500 per night. The real disappointment came from the service at their restaurant, August, where a waiter displayed an arrogant and highly selective attitude towards guests. I did not feel welcomed, and for such a high-end establishment, I expected a more accommodating atmosphere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Herz von Zürich. Service ist sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam. Auf die schöne Terasse Garden Restaurant fühlt man dich wohl und wird sympathisch und schnell bedient Das Essen im Restaurant Widder ist himmlisch.
