There was no-one to greet us even though we have provided our arrival time, and the key was just left in an envelope in a box which anyone could have picked up. Disappointed with the size of the bed as the pictures on the website looked were of a king size bed. Were originally going to book a king room, but then the pictures on the website showed a king size bed. We were aLeo concerned about the security of our room as we didn’t know if the key for our room will also open the studio and vice versa due to the set up of accessing the rooms. One key opened an outer door to the studio and one bedroom accommodation and the same key opened the door to our one bedroom unit. No shower gel for the shower, just soap. Had to make the bed as the sheet was about 1 foot short of the bottom of the bed. No blanket and it was cold. The bed was a queen, not the king shown on the website. Photos showed a bottle of wine and 2 glasses with a comment enjoy a glass of wine - again found this very misleading. Spoke to someone as we left and said we were disappointed no one was around to greet us and she said everyone was out back, but we don’t believe there was anyone there. Also mentioned we were cold and she said there was a blanket and I said not, she kept saying there should be one and I said I had looked and couldn’t find one, so she was going to make sure there was one there.

Nice atmosphere, late to lunch but was not a problem. waitress was very helpful excellent food served with a smile by the chef. Good spot on the wardrobe. clean and well presented and an excellent way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. recommended for anyone who wants good value in a nice restaurant.

The room was exactly as showed in the pictures: small but cozy and very clean. The area where the hotel is located was just ok; restaurant, pharmacy, cafes etc are ten minutes walking and the area seems safe. Checking in was pretty easy has they send you a code by message how allow you to have the swipe to enter in the building and then in your room. And check out is equally easy ad right at the left of the thing how give you the keys you'll find a box where to return the keys on the check out day. The only thing I did NOT like was the receptions. Unfortunately it was just via phone call, no one was physically at the reception. To be honest I think someone should ALWAYS be at the reception, even if not for the whole day but someone needs to stay at the desk.
