智利聖地亞哥首都大區設有Wi-Fi的酒店

附近還有一個購物中心,所以我可以放心地去買水。它也位於一個非常好的位置,靠近前往機場的巴士總站和其他地鐵站。面對的街道上人很多,即使在太陽下山時,氣氛也相對安全。可能是因爲購物中心前面有警察。接待員會說英語,並非常友善地教我晚餐地點(美食廣場)和前往巴士站的路。便利設施還提供空調,吹風機,洗髮水等服務,與日本商務酒店相同或更高。我沒有使用它,但是我覺得我吃了早餐,酒店的餐廳也不錯。如果我後悔的話,我忘記了付小費。

感覺挺好的，房間還算比較大，設施挺全。沒有一次性拖鞋，電話了前台就給配了。當然牙刷牙膏要自己帶的。標準的希爾頓逸林登記時候的曲奇餅，好吃！酒店附近還有個大商場，附近很新很安全很現代。不用擔心安全問題的。早餐跟國內比要相對簡單，不過後麪換到3000一晚的w酒店，發現比希爾頓的早餐差多了。

Siempre limpio, ordenado y la mejor disposición del personal. Te solucionan cualquier inconveniente y te brindan servicios como transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto, etc. La verdad que muy recomendable

酒店總體上還行，在一個比較安全的區域，但是早餐比較一般。附近有個中餐館，安徽人開的，吃的比較習慣，當然價格不算很便宜。總體上還行吧，下次來應該還是要住這一家。

酒店大廳有微波爐可以熱食物，且提供熱水。大床房很大，寬敞，早餐種類多。位置絕佳，下了樓走一小段路就是地鐵和華爾街charging bull，屬於是downtown中的downtown

位置在市中心，離各個景點都很近，走着就去了。

我們的房間是內部的,大堂的景色模糊,所以不是很好。 房間裏沒有冰箱、茶或咖啡設施。 水永遠不會超過盧克的溫暖,毛巾需要更新。 房間很稀疏,但牀和牀上用品都很好。 位置很容易步行到聖盧西亞公園和地鐵。 早餐還行。 前台工作人員非常樂於助人

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

從復活節島回來又住了這家酒店，因為行李還在這兒寄存，酒店乾淨，早餐也不錯，靠近武器廣場，很方便。
