不免費停車 每晚五英鎊 停車場是室外 貴重物品別放太張揚 免得被cei 給自己的行程添堵 酒店位置不錯 海邊 不難找 房間也還行 比較是連鎖酒店 就是晚上的工作人員有點培訓不足 辦理個入住整了我半小時

月初確定到Canterbury時，在網上選了這家，因為想到Hilton旗下的這個品牌基本上還不錯，不會踩雷。
- 昨天上午提前到了酒店，前台的Ness非常幫忙！先讓我們免費寄存行李，後來發現有房間打掃乾淨後，馬上讓我們提前check in.
- 酒店坐落在Canterbury的中心位置，到大教堂、聖奧古斯丁修道院遺址、坐船都是走路5-10分鐘的距離。不過Canterbury有很大一片是步行街區，所以酒店前面不能通車。車輛需要停在附近的Hawks Lane, 然後走路兩分鐘到酒店。
- 酒店早餐不錯，就這個價位來説，算比較豐盛！
- 酒店大堂下面還曾是羅馬式劇院的遺址，可以透過玻璃地板看到。

Spectacular stay as always, I upgraded to a balcony a room and we weren’t disappointed. Amazing views of the harbour, beach and the white cliffs of Dover on the large balcony. At night it was lovely clear skies and we could see France from our balcony. Room was a great size with homely furniture and furniture for the balcony too. All clean and up to a high standard. Beach and harbour is just a 2 minute walk across the road. Bar and restaurant yet again superb! I went with a dog and had no problems getting meals. Staff as always super polite and helpful they are a credit to the hotel! Highly recommend The Grand Burstin to anyone!

酒店嚴格要求下午3點入住。不幸的是,這是最熱的一天,我們的房間號朝西,沸騰的。空調在房間裏不起作用,工作人員不得不放3個風扇和便攜式空調,但做得不多。晚上回來時,我們的房間仍然沸騰,測量了28攝氏度。女經理很樂於助人,但她無能爲力,以幫助冷卻房間。酒店很友善,可以在退房時提供50%的房價。

預訂了一夜住宿,與朋友見面。工作人員很友好,很周到。早餐很可愛。不錯的酒吧氛圍。戶外座位的美麗一天。房間很愉快,但牀不是那麼舒服。停車有點麻煩,但這不是酒店的錯。總體來說不錯的住宿。

正巧碰上微軟系統出錯，酒店系統也出現了問題。停車由於沒有提前預訂，被告知衹能去別處停，結果還省錢了，公共停車晚上不收費。前台南亞裔服務員要收小童入住費，説是酒店規定，拿出寫明免費攜帶小童的預訂單後作罷。訂的帶早餐的房間，結果發現沒人登記你房間含不含早餐，下去隨便吃。也是各種隨意。

這是我第四次入住民俗石智選假日酒店,但這次預訂的費用遠遠超過我之前必須支付的費用。酒店很好,自助早餐也很棒,早上6點開門,可以提前乘坐樂班車。

XXRMThis was genuinely a wonderful and most special place.
The Rocksalt Rooms are in a separate building to the Restaurant - but you check in at the latter and walk you over. Note all the streets here are cobbled, which can be slippery when wet.
They are a real BoltHole as they are described, and there are only four total. 2 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, with one per floor harbour facing. I'd definitely suggest that the upgrade is worth it.
The rooms are compact but exceptionally well presented. I've odd little niggles, theres no bedside of any kind - floating shelf would work, where do you put your mobile? And the metal bed frame is ornate and was loose on the footboard.
The biggest challenge is where to put things. There are a few hangers on the back of the door and a small set of hooks, but not a drawer or proper place at all. I get space is a real premium here - bedside with 2 drawers all you need!
The wet room is compact as everyone says. You won't keep the floor area outside the shower dry, it's not possible. The sink is a corner one with no space to place things but there is shelf in the bathroom for all your luxuries. The body wash / conditioner / hand soap / hand moisturiser are great quality.
Noise - it's by the Harbour so they start early, but for us it was part of the charm of the location, the fresh fish smell was totally incredible.
Breakfast is not to be missed, across in the restaurant with the best view, it's harbour side. Loved the granola, yoghurt, compote starter. I had English Breakfast as I was hungry, it was great quality but disappoining - it was more style over substance. The bacon is cooked to crispy, not my style at all but great quality. He had the Salmon & Eggs and it won hands down. Local, fresh, decent portion, on wonderful Sourdough. Luckily I was saved a bite.
A point or two more - the bedside light fused the circuit and the room was plunged into darkness. Looked for fuse box, could not find. Ended up in Restsurant. They had to get keys to a location they used to own but don't now (ground floor of the Rooms building). This took a while as the keys had to be obtained. I get how this used to work, but not now - the fuse box needs moving. The if we cant fix option was check out and refund - erm no!!
There is the most incredible Team member behind the Bar/ Restaurant from Bulgaria whose name I have really tsckily forgotten. For which I apologise.
She is truly wonderful and made the visit for me, id return solely to see her again!!!
Overall we loved Rocksalt Rooms and would return, to have dinner in the restaurant too!

該地區幾乎沒有選擇的酒店,國王武器位於西德姆市中心,附近有許多體面的酒吧和餐館。
酒店經歷了很多相當近期的外部裝修,從外部看起來令人驚歎,也許有一天他們可以進步到內部現代化。
酒吧區和餐廳區絕對是很好的,你不能指責工作人員的友好和樂於助人。
然而,樓上的旅程與破舊的地毯有點讓你知道什麼是商店在房間裏。
在最近的這次住宿中,房間本身是巨大的!我預訂了豪華雙人間。大牀,充足的傢俱。
地毯破舊的地方和中央暖氣散熱器不起作用。房間裏放置了一個小電暖器,但由於尺寸巨大,在房間裏產生任何真正的溫暖是不夠的。燈光質量差。.但我覺得這讓我設計!
浴室同樣大,但與房間(和我以前住過的其他人)相似,我懷疑1980年代可能是最後一次整容。足夠小一點,清潔我的牙齒。但我只能想象我妻子對在那裏洗澡的純粹想法的反應!
太可惜了,真的是完美的位置,在Biggin Hill Airport工作時要麼是商務,要麼是週末和妻子一起度假。
不過,如果後者...,我會認真建議馬路對面看看,你會有一個更快樂的妻子!!

AAkki_M13總的來說,酒店相當不錯。位置好,房間前面的景色很棒。但是你知道這座建築是一個但舊的建築,有些人不指望5星級模型。你想要一些復古的東西,很好,你在合適的地方。我喜歡它。工作人員非常可愛和友好。我會建議這個。

CChris J HornWhat an amazing hidden gem this is. Nestled on a hill top overlooking the marshes with Warehorn church over the road, this pub with rooms is a must for a romantic get away.
We arrived early and had a drink in the bar, which is beautifully quirky, a welcoming log fire burning and a wide selection of drinks.
We had booked ”Niddy” an attic room with so much to give, a comfy bed, roll top bath, and so much character.
The only ****** I had with the room, was the W.C squeezed into the roof space it was a little awkward to stand up and wee, but that's a small thing when it comes to such a great room.
Requesting a quiet table for dinner, we were given one in a side area and again we couldn't believe it, it was super romantic and we had the whole room to ourselves. Our waiter Muli was so good, he was attentive but not intruding, and so funny, we haven't had many meals out and he really did make the evening.
The food was excellent and the vegan burger was one of the best I have had.
The location was brilliant, if you're into walking, cycling, birdwatching or wanting to visit local sites (rye was only 20min drive away)
The rest of the staff were also brilliant, and couldn't do enough for us.
We will definitely return.

早餐不吃飽,很基本。價格裏包含的,所以真的不能抱怨。
雖然維護房間的黑鬼似乎在優先級列表中不幸地被列入了。
冰箱不起作用。
電視周圍有塑料框架破裂。遠程沒有連接到電視。但是,一旦你先發現不工作的東西,你可以手動打開電視。
牀邊的抽屜有把手,一直脫落。
浴室裏沒有水槽插頭。你必須是一個扭曲者才能在浴室的鏡子裏看到,它本來可以更好地定位在相鄰的牆壁上。
這也是一個小小的問題,所有的電動裝置都必須插入一個跟蹤板。
話雖如此,儘管所有的黑鬼,它並沒有阻止我們在坎特伯雷度過一個可愛的週末,位置與桑吉瓦的熱情好客一起彌補了這一點。
