I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

Khas Hotel位於市中心附近。從飯店出來，左邊是皇后城購物中心（Queen City Mall），右邊是波魯克斯購物中心（Pollux Mall）和三寶壟百麗宮購物中心（Paragon Semarang）。酒店外白天和晚上都有一些當地餐廳。飯店正門出來後，右邊還有一家名為Apotek的藥局。對面有一家IndoMart超市，價格合理，非常方便。飯店的清潔度需要提高。晾衣區和床頭櫃附近有些地方灰塵比較多，我只好拿濕紙巾擦拭。房間裡有兩盞燈，一盞在電視機前的桌子上，一盞在床頭櫃上，兩盞燈都直接安裝在桌子上，佔據了桌面空間。迎賓飲料裝在一個小小的酒杯裡，飯店沒有提供客人飲水機。浴室的設計也不好，淋浴後水會流到洗手台和馬桶區域，因為玻璃隔板太小，無法阻止水流到乾燥區域。淋浴噴頭安裝在天花板上，所以很難徹底沖洗。水直接從頭頂流下來。由於噴頭固定在天花板上，無法調整。我們的318號房旁邊是3台冷氣壓縮機。因此，如果其他客人開空調，晚上會聽到很大的噪音。飯店為Grab用戶提供禮券，但前台人員沒有告知我們。直到最後一晚，我們才在飯店大廳電梯外的電視螢幕上看到禮券訊息。可惜的是，儘管過去四天我在三寶壟都用Grab，但這張10,000印尼盾的優惠券已經用不上了。不過，飯店的客房服務員非常熱情，禮賓部也一樣，非常友善和樂於助人。

房間比較中規中矩，應該是嗯，裝修了比較多年吧，開關的話不像在中國那麼智能，它就是每一個燈基本上對着一個開關，那個洗手間裏面有這個泡澡的浴缸，然後早餐非常豐富，早餐很好，它的位置也很好，它的那個旁就是一個很大的商場，也有一個很大的超市，買東西很方便，裏面的咖啡啊，還有那個護髮膠囊啊，價格都非常實惠，比機場低很多，機場價格基本上是那邊的兩到三倍，要購物的話在那個超市購物還是非常方便的
