The location was pretty amazing, very easy to get to several modes of transportation, especially Metro and Centrale Train Station. The hotel was easy to locate, and the rooms were modern and good-sized (depending of your choice). I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet as I was facing the inner courtyard. The shower was amazing, and the bedwas big and comfy. Daily housekeeping keeps everything looking fresh and neat. I enjoyed my stay. Just a few steps away, you have access to quick groceries from Carrefour or Pam. Definitely consider this place if I'm back in Milan again.

The croissants at breakfast were delicious! It's a capsule hotel with a horizontal layout, and it's only a few subway stops from the cathedral. Lots of young people stay here. Mostly, it's the price – everything else around here is so expensive.

Really well located in front of central train station if you are traveling with train, very modern and comfortable beds to sleep well and amazing breakfast and good service! Always my first choice to stay in Milano when the rate is normal! Definitely will come back again!

Air conditioning was not working at all. It was so hot inside the room, lucky that we got a fan.   No mugs, need to ask The ground floor washroom is a nice place, much cooler. But I was almost locked out in the washroom as the lock didn’t work. I got a traveler to open the door for me from outside, sigh!

Very nice hotel, close to Bergamo train station, staffs are very friendly.

The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

Successful location two steps from the station. Exceptional cleanliness everywhere! Common kitchen: you can cook or heat something. From the downsides - as already written here: It is not clear why it is impossible to send the codes in advance on the day of the check-in, if the foreigner asks, as not everyone has at the time of the settlement roaming or WI-FI. Requests for e-mail and SMS were ignored. It is necessary to call - standing in front of the door.

I love this hotel , few minutes walk from Milano central, there is a mart just right beside the hotel. Room is great , service is good , clean and I love here !

1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros. 2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast. 3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

The room was new and spacious, with a balcony. Secure parking is available in the courtyard. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of both downtown and uptown. The nearby University of the Arts is worth a visit.
