酒店服務到位，大門口老遠就站着迎賓提行李，引進門幫助辦入住，設施很先進，自助機器入住，自助拿amenity和各種糖果小餅乾，酒店大堂很大，有一整層面向大海海岸的茶座，很舒服，二層自助餐早晚餐做的都很精緻，各式西式日式前菜非常精緻，牛排生魚片天婦羅一應俱全，甜點的泡芙芝士蛋糕也都不錯，房間私湯麪海，水質鹽分很高，可以看到日出日落，大浴湯也是面朝大海，室內有四個大池子，由冷到熱水温各不相同，還有一個躺卧池，有兩個高低温不同的桑拿房，室外露天池水温也很高，景色很贊。酒店步行到猴子温泉植物園7分鐘，再到aeon9分鐘，購物也很方便，從函館站前坐車的話，95/96路車都可以到，酒店門口90米處有車站，打車的話2000yen樣子

酒店真心不便宜，一個晚上接近1萬5人民幣的價格，衹能説還可以做的更好。硬件很不錯配的上價格。接待我們的工作人員是一個泰國籍的小夥子非常健談，人也很樂於助人幫我們解答很多問題。在酒店前台這裡有很多小零食，擺放整齊，可以隨時取用。在入住的時候有歡迎飲料。小孩子有歡迎蘋果汁。蘋果汁這裡是一個伏筆。 在我們當天酒店用晚餐的時候，小朋友覺得蘋果汁很好喝，想拿到晚餐廳一邊喝一邊吃飯。問了一下餐廳員工説可以。然後站在旁邊的一個上了年紀的日本籍員工看上去像他門的領導，聽見我們在説這事，馬上又説不可以。然後我迷惑了，這一個部門的人，還能有兩套回答？ 那個年紀大的餐廳領導一樣的男人説，免費蘋果汁衹能在放置零食的區域吃，不能帶到其他區域吃的。那麼問題來了，去過衹能在那裡吃的話，我們大堂辦理入住你們工作人員也拿給我們吃了，還高興的拿回房間吃了。都超出了離開了那個區域了。我真的不明白為啥一個小孩子，想吃這個本來就可以免費隨便拿的蘋果汁，在他嘴巴里被限制在一個固定區域吃。規則想怎麼改就怎麼改的嗎？我瞬間對這個酒店印象很差，一個對小孩子不好的酒店，大人也不會開心，讓我感覺這家酒店對孩子不友好。因為我看他日本人，語言不通，真的懶的和他扯。 還有一個是孩子8歲一起住加1200人民幣左右，但是給的餐食很差，很隨便對付的那種孩子都吃不飽。這個價格很不值得，定山溪還有其他更多的酒店可以選擇。去過酒店對待小孩子這樣苛刻。直接寫明不想接帶孩子就行了。不用一個蘋果汁上這樣刁難孩子。

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

酒店就係中島公園站附近，一出門口右轉就會見到了！由於要過兩個馬路，所以需時大約四分鐘，環境唔錯，好寧靜，但公眾浴場比較細（SPA） 日本酒店早餐都比較早收餐，所以我哋只在 Last 當日才去試食早餐，早餐有美式同日式混合版，都唔錯，只可惜北海道最出名嘅：粟米湯都欠奉，只得南瓜湯同味噌湯兩樣。 整體而言酒店好新淨，環境寧靜舒適，唔錯的選擇👍👍👍但我希望再去日本時有機會可以住下高樓層的房間，因為每次到達日本，前台職員俾我哋嘅房間都係低樓層，有點可惜。真係唔明點解！我已經係提早三個月前預訂了，難道都唔可以攞到高樓層的房間嗎？還有人提前半年預訂的？才會有高樓層房間？ 酒店附近就係中島公園，（如果喜歡花草植物人士）個人認為值得參觀，因為園內綠化非常好，尋幽探徑，意外地發現一串串驚喜，也是一趟美好的回憶。

酒店位置較適合自駕，因為與車站、市中心不太近，故環境較清幽。 如果駕車到車站附近吃飯，大概10分鐘左右，可順帶在車站附近便利店補給，酒店附近是民居，距離最近的便利店也需要駕車。 泊車稍為不便，因為距離酒店大概1-200米左右，全露天，宜把行李先放到酒店大堂，才去泊車。 大浴場更衣地方偏細，沒有大Locker，但有毛巾提供，整體設計較為傳統。因沒設門鎖，房客可自由進出。曾遇到其他旅客在更衣地方長時間使用電話，甚為不安。 早餐雖然款式不多，但味道不錯，每天款式都會有少許不同。有三款牛奶可以選擇，數款甜品選擇，推介入住可以選擇附早餐的。 房間很大，浴室乾濕分離，隔音亦不錯，大堂還有一個位置提供酒、果汁試飲，整體會推介給來富良野的旅客入住。

床不太好睡，不平穩。走路到JR札幌站約10分鐘，對面的sapporo factory很好逛，還有大創&超市！ 飯店人員英文非常好，溝通無順暢。 水壓很強、熱水夠熱，浴缸偏小但夠用（內徑130cm)。 吹風機是日本Reva品牌，風量足夠👍🏼

距離五稜郭電車站不遠，步行可達。附近有便利店，loft、星巴克。而且離五稜郭塔也不遠，五稜郭塔附近有小丑漢堡、旬花壽司，再走一點距離可以去六花亭買點心。提前到達，請工作人員幫忙寄存，還提供睡衣，很nice🥰

可惜沒有在房間看到飛機 其他服務很好 緊急應變能力也可以 原本飯店房間電燈開開關關 不知道怎麼回事 打去服務台 在5分鐘內找出問題 原來是搞錯飯店房間號碼 還有補償免費早餐 處理過程中沒有讓人不舒服 希望下次有機會能在房間裡可以看到飛機了

一進大廳就有溫暖的壁爐，可以烤棉花糖，飯店人員也會提供迎賓甜點、飲料，還有搬行李的工作人員幫忙用毛巾擦拭行李箱上的雪，真的很貼心 入房後，還有專門的人員介紹房間及飯店相關設施及規定，房間裡還有私人露天溫泉，飄著雪，看著整個景，簡直美到不行， 晚上還可以到大廳欣賞豎琴演奏，聞著淡淡的橘子香氣混合木質香，超級療癒放鬆的。 它的大眾池裡也有露天風呂，跟私人風呂是不一樣的感覺，也是很推薦試試。 訂的房有附早晚兩餐，早餐，會提供一鍋鐵鍋的米飯，飯粒Q彈好吃。晚餐有和牛和鮭魚二選一的主餐，還有工作人員推車提供窯烤披薩及起司燉飯～味道也是很棒 家人們都很喜歡這間溫泉飯店，這次只停留一天而已，期待下次可以多待幾天。

酒店房間大，能打開平放2個28寸喼都無問題，讚！但沖涼房如果淋浴是沒位置放衣服毛巾的！！！酒店位置較偏，離parco 和JR站步行約30行鐘，坐的士1400円，離狸小路7丁目最近步行約5分鐘，但7丁目是最不熱鬧的區域，酒店樓下有間小型Aeon對面有7仔
