I stayed at Estadia Hotel and booked the suite and honestly, the room was stunning! Super spacious with 2 bedrooms, 3 comfortable beds (1 king bed + 2 single bed) and 2 bathrooms, definitely worth it if you’re coming with family or friends.
However, one small downside is the parking area. From the parking to the lobby, it’s not really luggage-friendly. There’s a small set of stairs, so you’ll need to lift your bags instead of just rolling them, and it gets a bit hot around that area.
Breakfast was decent, but the options for Malay food were quite limited. There was only nasi lemak available, which felt a bit too simple considering the variety you’d usually expect at a hotel.
Other than that, the suite itself was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay.
I stayed at The Pines Hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel feels modern and welcoming, with spacious rooms that are perfect for families or anyone who appreciates extra space. I especially liked the room layout – clean, airy, and comfortable, with good city views.
The location is quite convenient, just a short drive to Melaka’s main attractions, but far enough to avoid the heavy traffic around Jonker Street. There are also eateries and shops nearby, which made things easier.
Breakfast was served at the Oak Café with a wide variety of dishes, both local and international. The spread was decent, though it could be improved slightly in terms of freshness and variety.
Facilities-wise, the swimming pool was a highlight, especially the infinity-style pool overlooking the city. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance, though service could be a bit more attentive during peak times.
Overall, The Pines is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay in Melaka. It offers good value, especially for those who prefer bigger rooms compared to other hotels in the
