We had a very wonderful experience at Sofitel hotel in Madinah. This hotel is very close to the Haram, easy access to food and shops around. Service is very good. Breakfast and half board is a good choice. My kids loved the deluxe room.

This is second time i am staying at this hotel and main reason is location. Its very near to Masjid Nabwi, one can go to prayer and come back room in every prayer. Womens gate also nearby. I travel by road and they provided free parking on availability, which is peace of mind for me. Both times i got the free parking alhumdulillah. Lots of places to eat nearby also in Taiba Commercial Center. Overall very good.

Initially i got surprised after Booking hotel informed me that they couldn’t find my booking and advised me to contact with service provider. I called Trip.com Saudi Arabia contact number they supported within 30 minutes.Not only provided me new hotel confirmation number but also sent confirmation email as well.When I called with new confirmation number it was okay and I reached and faced no issues.It was great experience with Trip.com to book Such a nice property in very reasonable price and no hidden charges.Finally we enjoyed it.

入住Artal Taiba Madina酒店,總體來說是一次不錯的體驗,入住和退房都非常容易。我通過Trip.com預訂,他們的服務極好–預訂過程順利,確認快捷,所有信息都很清楚,他們讓整個體驗無壓力,可靠。酒店性價比高,位置方便,步行到Masjid-e-Nabwi約一個15-minute。相比當地其他酒店,這家挺經濟實惠的。房間小– 我住的是大牀房,完全沒有窗戶,但由於大部分時間都在清真寺裏,只回來睡覺,還好。特別感謝Ashjan小姐和Abdulla145q,他們都很好,在我逗留期間很有幫助。如果您正在尋找靠近聖地的預算選項,這是一個不錯的選擇,通過Trip.com預訂會更好。

Wwsnw222222還挺美好，但是也存在一些問題。首先，房間內的玻璃門鎖已破損，無法正常鎖閉。獨自居住讓我感到非常不安全。我原本打算鎖上門來洗澡和睡覺，但當我查看時，已經是夜裡 12 點。因此我使用了一個箱子和一把椅子來擋住門。一週前我的手因滑雪而受傷，放置這些物品以擋住門非常困難。其次，吹風機非常重，我不得不用力按在背後才能吹出熱風。我的手受了傷，無法施加太多力量。直到凌晨 2 點 30 分我才入睡。我的頭髮無法自行乾透，且第二天會感到頭痛。最後，拖鞋太薄，衹有兩雙。沒有沙灘拖鞋，也沒有能在入水後更換的拖鞋。洗澡後，我衹能喝水並穿着濕拖鞋行走。感覺自己快要感冒了。住宿體驗非常糟糕。房費應予以降低，這些簡陋的設施也應得到改善。應將吹風機更換為較輕的一款。玻璃門鎖應予以修復。準備更多雙拖鞋。這樣，在漫步沙灘、泳池游泳和洗澡後，你就能更換拖鞋。此外，房間內蚊子與蒼蠅過多，它們不斷在我頭上盤旋讓我無法入睡。

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. 訪訪客The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess
