The Paradise Hill is located on the western coast of Koh Chang, next to many other hotels and restaurants. As with all locations here, you need a car or a motorbike to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whatever our request was. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and as far as I can tell, they all have a balcony big enough to sit on it comfortably. Breakfast was very good, a lot of Asian food, though. For me that's perfectly ok, but I know not all western tourists like that. But then again, you also have toast, eggs, sausages and corn flakes. Next to the hotel is a huge pool area, with sliders and stuff, a paradise for kids for sure. If I ever go visit Koh Chang again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

酒店環境一流，熱帶雨林度假村名副其實，適合自駕遊入住，從大馬路進去至少一公里，房間遍佈在樹林之間，空氣清新，員工微笑服務。 房間設施以木結構泰式為主，乾淨，唯一的敗筆是毛巾和浴巾，太破舊了（見照片），沒敢用，衹能用於踩腳擦乾。 早餐以泰餐為主，管飽，餐廳臨海，環境優雅，邊用餐邊欣賞清晨平靜的大海。兩個泳池，一個在海邊，一個在臨近公寓樓的樹林中，各有特色。 酒店總體不錯，衹要價格適合，下次還會入住。

酒店的裝修讓人眼前一亮，酒店不大，服務特別好，讓人很舒心，有問題都很快給解決好。酒店沒有私人沙灘，早餐也是西式為主，總體來説性價比挺高的。房間很大，就是有些小蟲子這些也沒辦法完全避免，酒店的位置也很好，周圍餐廳很多，離卡貝大象營很近，附近還有711，很便利。唯一覺得不好的就是被子和被套，一翻身裏面的被芯很容易跑，每天都要服務員整一下才行。

I'm here again at”The Splash Koh Chang” my favourite hotel for our family especially for my little 2 kids. They always love water slide and my husband still love the beach with a beautiful sunset. We would like to recommend this hotel for everyone and you will fall in love with this hotel like us.

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. Come to Koh Chang next time, Mercure is still our choice.

Ko Kut，19年以前我已經來過三次了，這是第四次來度假，這家酒店也住了好幾次，環境絕對沒得説，每次都住的泳池房，無濾鏡拍出去的風景就很美。房間應該是翻新過了，比以前更乾淨，但是，這次入住，不確定床品是不是有蟲子，以前入住沒遇到過，這次第二天身上長包包了，很癢的那種。不知道是不是被蟲子咬了？所以，以防萬一，可以帶上一次性床單被套就不擔心了！！除此之外，沒有缺點，酒店獨享一片沙灘，還有棧橋（雨季棧橋會收起來，旺季會鋪開）特別美！旺季時，從棧橋跳進海里就是一次免費的浮潛，能看到五彩斑斕的小魚，美極了！屬於性價比比較高的酒店！餐廳🍴面朝大海，沒住過的一定要去試試！！這次十一期間預訂的價格其實偏貴，其實我也認識酒店的朋友，但這次沒能及時聯繫上他…

We had 8 fantastic nights here and the highlight of our 5 weeks in Thailand and Vietnam. Our first room had been made up to welcome us! We were later upgraded to an ocean view bungalow which was amazing. It was very hard to pick out an individual on the team who excelled, as from the staff on reception, the dining room, the house keeping, the garden and pool guys all contributed to our great stay. Our room was spotless, the gardens and beach were manicured, the breakfast was a variety of western and Thai dishes which we never tired of the selection and was constantly replenished. Around the pool there are sunbeds and on the beach there are deck chairs The beach is super safe and clean, no adverse currents and runs shallow to allow padding and then swimming. The beach bar was great and surprisingly not expensive unlike some other hotels I’ve stopped in. Around and about, we eat out in local restaurants, in particular Yummy, which was great value. There’s a 7/11 on the door and other places to restaurant options. We also had a couple of trips to Long Beach where the night life is a little more lively. I look forward to a return visit next year and probably take a little longer there next time.

拿到房卡入住了才發現，我定的兩個一樣的房間，最後給了一個正房，一個偏房。如果兩個房間屬於一個別墅也就罷了，關鍵是兩個房不在一個別墅，就是兩個相鄰的別墅。大概是為了兩個房間相近還是怎樣？總歸有個房間降級了有點不爽。酒店太熱門衹訂到一晚，衹住一晚就懶得扯了。早餐比天堂度假村豐富好吃，餐廳也涼快，就是人多用電負荷大，早上刷牙房間就停了幾次電，去吃早餐又停了幾次電，烤一片麪包，斷斷續續幾次供電，烤了好久。泳池雖然沒有滑梯，但是比較大，泳池旁邊一排面朝大海的座椅，好不愜意哦。不少人在海灘玩耍，這裏的海灘也比較平緩，但浪比天堂大一點，走出很遠，水還很淺。有人膽子大，走出好遠，衹看到一個腦袋若隱若現，看得我好緊張。房間地板是瓷磚，很冰，不能打赤腳，門口也是木紋地磚，很潮濕，容易打滑。都是在海邊，在天堂度假村就能晾乾衣服，這裏晾一晚還能擠出水。或許住公寓樓就可以。酒店對面的餐廳乾淨好吃，性價比高，我們吃了兩頓。6個人不到400人民幣。我發現中國人點的都比別人多，好能吃，嘻嘻，不過他們這裏菜量不大，比芭提雅少。我們租了車，山路彎急坡大，車是加柴油的，油費不貴，省油，爬坡還省力，挺有趣的體驗。路遇一個猴子，給它一袋餅乾，後來來了一羣猴子，又給了它們一些水果，結果都被這個大猴子搶走了，很有趣。開車去了幫寶漁村，人很少很少，破破舊舊的，海鮮也一般，蟹沒啥肉，不如我在芭提雅海鮮市場的好吃，但這裡是我泰國之行最貴的一頓，吃了7000多泰銖，最貴的皮皮蝦，4000泰銖，個頭大，但肉不肥。性價比最低的一餐。

科最喜歡的酒店, 住在那兒多次. 寬的房間,美麗的地區,安靜,乾淨。 歡迎的工作人員。 位置很好,第一線,根據一年的時間,河岸上有石頭。在11月/12月,通常沒有石頭(沙子,海面的落地很好),在1月/2月,它開始緩慢地將石頭扔到岸邊,在3月,已經有很多石頭,爲了安全地進入海面,必須通過岸邊進入水中,沿着海灘。 到主幹道上有咖啡館/餐館/酒吧的村莊步行幾分鐘。

外麪看其貌不揚，但是裏面還是很整齊的。如果你不想花錢住高檔酒店，那麼這個民宿就很合適。老闆人很熱心，而且老闆自己就有摩托車可以租給你，不需要再去找別家。（衹是記得砍價） 房間外麪螞蟻比較多，不過叢林小屋有點小蟲蟲也很正常，不過房間裏沒有。 廁所下水道不是很通暢，建議房客們不要學中國把衛生紙扔進馬桶。

酒店是最新,所以很乾淨。但是,我想這不會太久,因爲住宿期間沒有整理。可能按要求提供,但是我們沒有在住宿時在登記處報告。我們自己換了毛巾-把它們放在登記台上,並要求新件。 房間設計的很奇怪-房間很小,沒有櫃子,只有一個小掛架,東西都沒地方掛起來,但有個巨大的(這樣一個房間)廁所) 從好處來看,新型的,現代的空調,以及在酒店租一輛新鮮的摩托車(但髒)) 一般房間適合一個人居住,因爲有行李,兩個人都很緊密。

一套的小房(有些家人有2牀)在一座精美的園裏,心,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,的房,舒適的外室。長時間的住,避免前3個141516樓位於餐廳後面(不舒服,沒有海景)。正確的。親愛的海灘圍着私人,面對陽光下。簡單但正確和完整的早餐。餐廳很棒,我們在場吃了好幾次,真的很棒,價格真的是對的,與其它島上相比!小護士(包括比!) 平均住價格質量報告,但現在,就像在泰國所有島和Koh Kood一樣,杜斯塔度假勝地是尋找一個平靜而保存的環境的超級選擇- 我是說

Diese Ecke auf Koh Kood kann man insgesamt nicht als wirklich preiswert bezeichnen. Das I-Lay sticht dabei positiv heraus. Zimmer gebucht, um dann festzustellen, dass das ein festes Zelt sein sollte -??!-. Also umbuchen, weil wir einen Bungalow erwartet hatten. Ging dann auch, nach einiger Umplanung durch die Inhaberin des kleinen Resorts. Die Inhaberin wirklich bemüht, nett und freundlich. Aber Notfall-Lösung, da ausgebucht. Der Bungalow sollte nicht vermietet werden. Warum? Nun, Alles gut!!! Am 3. Tag unseres Urlaubs ging in der Nacht ein mehrstündiger Gewitterregen herunter. (Wer das in Thailand mal erlebt hat, weiß, wovon ich spreche.) Wassermassen ohne Ende. Irgendwann hat das Dach unter meinem Bett nachgegeben und es tropfte durch. Nanu? Ich habe es mit Humor genommen. Es ist halt ein alltagstaugliches Resort. 3 Stunden später war ohnehin alles wieder trocken. Absolut positiv: Freundlichkeit. Wenn man in den ”flow” des Resorts einsteigen möchte, ein Top-Ziel zum Erholen. Man ”entschleunigt”. Und ist sofort Bestandteil des Resorts. Frühstück am Vorabend auswählen (kein Buffet - warum auch hinterher vom Frühstücks-Buffet 40% wegwerfen???). Gut! Kaffee ohne Begrenzung (leider nur Instant - mein einziger Kritikpunkt!!!!). Scooter werden auch verliehen. Wir haben den Neuesten mit gerade mal 80km auf der Uhr erwischt und richtig eingefahren. Das Teil war danach richtig ”giftig”! Fazit: Wer kein ”Blink” ”Blink” und ”Schickimicki” benötigt, ist hier fantastisch aufgehoben. (Ich benötige niemanden, der hinterräumt).. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung - jedoch nicht für Cluburlauber!!!

這是一次為期 3 天 2 夜的旅行，我和我的朋友以及我 9 歲的女兒，所以我們預訂了 2 棟帶私人游泳池的別墅。別墅不是新的，也不是非常乾淨，但一切都還好，可以接受。最好的是度假村的工作人員。他們超級友善、有趣、友好。他們已經準備好放下手上的一切，只為與您交談並回答您的問題。不管多愚蠢！他們讓我覺得，如果您需要的話，他們已經準備好為您解決世界上所有的問題！我女兒喜歡在那裡釣魚（儘管她沒有釣到魚，哈哈）。我們從一位最好的（可能是）前台工作人員那裡借了釣魚竿，他似乎不願意花時間教我女兒如何安全使用這些設備。希望在我們離開之前我可以問一下他的名字。這樣我才能給他更好的讚美。這裡的景色真是太神奇了。皮划艇也超有趣。食物比我們預期的要好得多。夜間調酒師是一個超級酷又有趣的人。他舉辦了世界上最有趣的寄居蟹比賽！

Camera molto grande, pulita, con due letti matrimoniali, bagno spazioso con acqua calda. Bollitore, frigo, wifi, aria condizionata. Veranda spaziosa con vista mare. Ristorante con buona cucina e terrazze sul mare. Personale, cordiale, gentile, sorridente. Centro massaggi interno al resort con massaggiatrici abili, sorridenti gentilissime. Affitto scooter in loco.

Une honte! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Suanya pour passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas…. À la découverte du cadre nous avons été enchanté cet enchantement s’est très vite transformé en déception puis en colère. En effet la chambre qui nous a été proposé se trouvait être insalubre! Elle ne se situe pas dans le complexe de l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur dans un bâtiment qui ne donne aucune envie d’y entrer! Aucune fenêtre, un « balcon » donnant sur les égouts! La salle de bain était le pire de cette « chambre » présence de saletés de moisissures et de rouilles sur la porte et la robinetterie! L’aération donnant sur les égouts des vagues d’odeur immonde imprégnaient la pièce, de plus la présence de trous laissaient tout le loisir aux divers insectes d’investir notre « chambre ». Le lit n’avait pas de couverture nous en avons demandé et nous avons eu le droit à un plaid et une serviette… Nous avons demandé au personnel de changer de chambre mais pour seul réponse nous avons eu « c’est complet! ». Le personnel n’a eu aucune considération pour notre bien être, peu aimable dans toute circonstances. Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel plus tôt pour trouver meilleur et dans des prix similaires! A fuir!

Ko Kut，19年以前我已經來過三次了，這是第四次來度假，這家酒店也住了好幾次，環境絕對沒得説，每次都住的泳池房，無濾鏡拍出去的風景就很美。房間應該是翻新過了，比以前更乾淨，但是，這次入住，不確定床品是不是有蟲子，以前入住沒遇到過，這次第二天身上長包包了，很癢的那種。不知道是不是被蟲子咬了？所以，以防萬一，可以帶上一次性床單被套就不擔心了！！除此之外，沒有缺點，酒店獨享一片沙灘，還有棧橋（雨季棧橋會收起來，旺季會鋪開）特別美！旺季時，從棧橋跳進海里就是一次免費的浮潛，能看到五彩斑斕的小魚，美極了！屬於性價比比較高的酒店！餐廳🍴面朝大海，沒住過的一定要去試試！！這次十一期間預訂的價格其實偏貴，其實我也認識酒店的朋友，但這次沒能及時聯繫上他…

酒店是最新,所以很乾淨。但是,我想這不會太久,因爲住宿期間沒有整理。可能按要求提供,但是我們沒有在住宿時在登記處報告。我們自己換了毛巾-把它們放在登記台上,並要求新件。 房間設計的很奇怪-房間很小,沒有櫃子,只有一個小掛架,東西都沒地方掛起來,但有個巨大的(這樣一個房間)廁所) 從好處來看,新型的,現代的空調,以及在酒店租一輛新鮮的摩托車(但髒)) 一般房間適合一個人居住,因爲有行李,兩個人都很緊密。

Diese Ecke auf Koh Kood kann man insgesamt nicht als wirklich preiswert bezeichnen. Das I-Lay sticht dabei positiv heraus. Zimmer gebucht, um dann festzustellen, dass das ein festes Zelt sein sollte -??!-. Also umbuchen, weil wir einen Bungalow erwartet hatten. Ging dann auch, nach einiger Umplanung durch die Inhaberin des kleinen Resorts. Die Inhaberin wirklich bemüht, nett und freundlich. Aber Notfall-Lösung, da ausgebucht. Der Bungalow sollte nicht vermietet werden. Warum? Nun, Alles gut!!! Am 3. Tag unseres Urlaubs ging in der Nacht ein mehrstündiger Gewitterregen herunter. (Wer das in Thailand mal erlebt hat, weiß, wovon ich spreche.) Wassermassen ohne Ende. Irgendwann hat das Dach unter meinem Bett nachgegeben und es tropfte durch. Nanu? Ich habe es mit Humor genommen. Es ist halt ein alltagstaugliches Resort. 3 Stunden später war ohnehin alles wieder trocken. Absolut positiv: Freundlichkeit. Wenn man in den ”flow” des Resorts einsteigen möchte, ein Top-Ziel zum Erholen. Man ”entschleunigt”. Und ist sofort Bestandteil des Resorts. Frühstück am Vorabend auswählen (kein Buffet - warum auch hinterher vom Frühstücks-Buffet 40% wegwerfen???). Gut! Kaffee ohne Begrenzung (leider nur Instant - mein einziger Kritikpunkt!!!!). Scooter werden auch verliehen. Wir haben den Neuesten mit gerade mal 80km auf der Uhr erwischt und richtig eingefahren. Das Teil war danach richtig ”giftig”! Fazit: Wer kein ”Blink” ”Blink” und ”Schickimicki” benötigt, ist hier fantastisch aufgehoben. (Ich benötige niemanden, der hinterräumt).. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung - jedoch nicht für Cluburlauber!!!

這是一次為期 3 天 2 夜的旅行，我和我的朋友以及我 9 歲的女兒，所以我們預訂了 2 棟帶私人游泳池的別墅。別墅不是新的，也不是非常乾淨，但一切都還好，可以接受。最好的是度假村的工作人員。他們超級友善、有趣、友好。他們已經準備好放下手上的一切，只為與您交談並回答您的問題。不管多愚蠢！他們讓我覺得，如果您需要的話，他們已經準備好為您解決世界上所有的問題！我女兒喜歡在那裡釣魚（儘管她沒有釣到魚，哈哈）。我們從一位最好的（可能是）前台工作人員那裡借了釣魚竿，他似乎不願意花時間教我女兒如何安全使用這些設備。希望在我們離開之前我可以問一下他的名字。這樣我才能給他更好的讚美。這裡的景色真是太神奇了。皮划艇也超有趣。食物比我們預期的要好得多。夜間調酒師是一個超級酷又有趣的人。他舉辦了世界上最有趣的寄居蟹比賽！

Camera molto grande, pulita, con due letti matrimoniali, bagno spazioso con acqua calda. Bollitore, frigo, wifi, aria condizionata. Veranda spaziosa con vista mare. Ristorante con buona cucina e terrazze sul mare. Personale, cordiale, gentile, sorridente. Centro massaggi interno al resort con massaggiatrici abili, sorridenti gentilissime. Affitto scooter in loco.

Une honte! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Suanya pour passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas…. À la découverte du cadre nous avons été enchanté cet enchantement s’est très vite transformé en déception puis en colère. En effet la chambre qui nous a été proposé se trouvait être insalubre! Elle ne se situe pas dans le complexe de l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur dans un bâtiment qui ne donne aucune envie d’y entrer! Aucune fenêtre, un « balcon » donnant sur les égouts! La salle de bain était le pire de cette « chambre » présence de saletés de moisissures et de rouilles sur la porte et la robinetterie! L’aération donnant sur les égouts des vagues d’odeur immonde imprégnaient la pièce, de plus la présence de trous laissaient tout le loisir aux divers insectes d’investir notre « chambre ». Le lit n’avait pas de couverture nous en avons demandé et nous avons eu le droit à un plaid et une serviette… Nous avons demandé au personnel de changer de chambre mais pour seul réponse nous avons eu « c’est complet! ». Le personnel n’a eu aucune considération pour notre bien être, peu aimable dans toute circonstances. Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel plus tôt pour trouver meilleur et dans des prix similaires! A fuir!
