This time, I chose the most comfortable way to travel from Hong Kong to Shenzhen Bay. I took a direct bus to Shenzhen Bay Port, then hopped on the metro for just one stop to Talent Park. After a short walk, I arrived at Shenzhen Bay MixC. The whole journey was so easy!👏 The first stop at MixC had to be Sushi Shoji for their "Sea Urchin Themed Set"! The sushi was fresh and came in a variety of options—a must-try for sea urchin lovers! However, since the set didn’t include a main course, it wasn’t quite filling. So, I immediately headed to the Western restaurant opposite, "Shanmu Farm," to try their signature desserts: "Italian Pistachio Cheesecake" and "Molten Brownie Cheesecake"🍰. One bite and I was in love! The staff mentioned that this is their first store in Shenzhen, and apart from their amazing bread and desserts, their pizza, steak, and pasta also have great reviews. Dessert lovers, make sure to bookmark this spot! Next, I stopped by the neighboring "Zheng Shilong Traditional Thai Tea" for a cup of Thai milk tea—so satisfying! After filling up, it was time to walk around MixC to digest! The entire MixC is divided into four main zones: A, B, C, and D, featuring international brands and trendy stores. Even after walking until my legs were sore, there was still so much to see🤣. Finally, around 6 PM, I headed to "Xinjingxi Beijing Hot Pot" for a hearty meal! The table was packed with ingredients, the meat slices were top-notch, and there were plenty of vegetable options—truly a paradise for meat lovers🔥.
