飯店地點近southern cross車站、tram的許多條線路附近也都有站，非常方便，飯店有單人房對獨旅的人而言非常友善，住起來還蠻整潔的，

停車方便，空間大剛好適合二大三小的家庭，櫃檯那位奶奶好親切，很有服務熱誠，因為我們到的時候天氣非常冷，感覺暖氣不太夠，所以多要了毛毯，奶奶特地到我們房間幫我們調整電毯，非常有愛心，附近有很多中國餐廳，可以滿足中國胃，算是一個鬧中取靜的地區，值得推薦

感謝您在入住期間的美好體驗。我們有一個寬敞的家庭房,包括一張大牀,一張單人牀和雙層牀。小廚房的設備超出常規。陽台附近的全長窗戶有很多自然光。我們很容易步行到咖啡館和超市。

謹慎選擇。 該住宿各方面條件還可以，需要留意的是旅館有一邊隔一條馬路是一塊的墓地。

My husband and I both thought the Queen Bed was very comfy and we slept well. We had a rain water head shower which had a great pressure. The location was near all we wanted to see and do in Geelong. We came mainly for the Archibald at Geelong Gallery. We were able to do some shopping at Westfield as we don't have anything like that near where we live. We also ambled through Harris Scarfe which is also not near to us. The housekeeping staff were very affable and came with clean towels every day. We didn't have Breakfast in the Dining Room as we went out and about and had Brunch.

I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful! There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!
