# Arrival and transfer:
Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, a driver will meet you and transfer you to the hotel.

# Hotel check-in:
Standard check-in time is 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive early, you may store your luggage at the front desk. A refundable deposit is required at check-in. The amount and policy are subject to the hotel's regulations. Keep the deposit receipt safe to avoid any loss.

# Free time and meals:
After check-in, you are free to explore at your leisure. Meals on the arrival day are not included.

# Kind tips:
Your travel consultant will contact you by 22:00 on the day of departure with pickup details. Keep your phone available.
If you do not receive the notice on time or want the information earlier, call the emergency contact listed in your tour notice. A dedicated 24-hour travel butler is on call to assist with any concerns.

# Ground transportation:
Airport/railway station transfers are provided only on day 1 (arrival) and the last day (departure).
During peak travel seasons, the airport/station pick-up driver may be arranged separately by the transfer team.

After checking out from hotel, usually it departs 1-hour in advance to the station according to train schedule.

Take a D-high-speed train or high-speed train to Chengdu. It will take almost 2 hours from Chongqing to Chengdu. Upon arrival at the station, a driver will meet you and transfer you to the hotel.

Important tips:
1. If you have any special requirements regarding train schedules, please make a note of them when placing your order. We will do our best to meet your needs. If there is a price difference, please bear it yourself.
2. The collection/delivery method for train tickets: The default is to issue electronic tickets. You can enter the train station entrance with your ID to board the train.
3. In case of unverified real-name authentication, inability to issue online tickets, or ticket shortage during holidays, please download the 12306 application to register and purchase tickets by yourself. The travel agency will refund the train ticket fee to you: CNY 100 per adult and CNY 50 yuan per child.
4. If the train schedule you selected is not available when making the reservation, we will reserve the adjacent schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
5. The seat numbers in the train ticket reservation system are randomly assigned by the system and are not controllable by humans. Occasionally, it may result in non-consecutive seat numbers, causing inconvenience to you. Please understand.
6. The driver of the pick-up/drop-off service will confirm the transportation information and arrival time one day before departure. They will notify you of the time to arrive at the hotel on the day of the trip and the license plate information. Please keep your phone line open and pay attention to checking the text messages. If you do not receive the notification in time, please contact the dedicated travel butler.
