PPippa-louisePlace is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard .
But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to
Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

Oorcaca這次入住非常滿意！房間寬敞明亮，空間感十足，設施齊全且維護得很好，使用起來很方便。酒店地理位置絕佳，處於核心地段，周邊商超、餐廳齊全，步行可達車站與景點，交通十分便利，離海邊也很近。衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度友好，整體體驗舒適省心，來澳洲旅行住這裏很推薦，性價比高。

訪訪客1003房間超棒，海景，河景和亍景都很出片，還看到了壯觀的日出。酒店位置超好，出門右捌200多米到海灘，樓下有大超市，整條街都是歺館酒吧，有各國美食和中餐廳。步行20分鐘可到南半球最大最美的太平洋商場，還有77 7 bus 總站，來回機場0.5元, 刷信用卡和借記卡，太方便了！
酒店員工非常友善，服務態度超好，前台美女還關照延遲2小時退房，行李部員工主動送行李到房間。自助餐廳員工非常有禮，主動問是否需要傘出門。連吃了三天自助早餐，訂房時包括自早很合算。
房間是新裝修的，地毯很軟，床品舒適乾淨。
泳池很棒，有恆温spa池。
下次一定再來！

FFay Yang房間佈局較温馨，客房服務也不錯。泳池很漂亮，食物也不錯。酒店位置距市中心步行即可到達。題外話：避雷網紅意麪vila romana（圖4，我們是墨爾本的以為我們是中國來的遊客，一個會説一些中文的老頭一直想宰我們，還含糊其辭想讓我們給小費。圖三IMM Thai cafe很好吃，吃了三次哈哈哈

訪訪客從辦理入住開始就有點麻煩。你得去隔壁街區的另一家飯店辦理入住。這裡根本沒有停車位。我打電話過去，結果轉接到一個不在飯店的客服中心。
第一次通話：是的，你可以停在訪客停車場，按門鈴他們就會讓你進去。
第二通電話：我把車停在車道上，卻找不到能聯絡到前台的門鈴。接線員聽起來很困惑，我掛斷了電話，這時有人出來了，所以我偷偷溜了進去。
第三次通話：我停在訪客停車場，搭電梯上去，結果出來後發現是另一棟大樓。她聽起來還是很困惑。如果我出門，沒有門禁卡就進不去了，所以我問她我該往哪裡走。沒有任何指示牌告訴我怎麼去Ivy and Eve公寓。最後我終於找到一個工作人員，他帶我去了前台。搞定了。至少我是這麼想的。
我在前台辦理了入住。接待員非常熱情友好，也很樂於助人。所以我想，直到我到達我即將入住的下一棟建築的停車場。她給我的紙條上寫著「您的停車位是131號，位於55樓」。我開車進去找55層131號停車位，但這兩個地方都不存在。
第四次打電話：我的停車場在哪裡？我是不是漏掉了什麼？要知道，每次打電話都要我提供所有資訊才能核實預訂，我已經很厭煩了。她找到了我的預訂信息，說：「哦，對了，您的停車位在B1層的55號。」（看照片就知道我為什麼會感到困惑了！）
我在停車場裡轉來轉去，尋找55號停車位，但我還是找不到。所有停車場都標有“藝術館”字樣和四個數字。好吧，也許是最後兩個數字？還是沒有。轉了一會兒後，我才發現停車場地面上的數字和標誌上的完全不一樣（我之前沒看地面，因為標誌上寫的是「藝術館」）。
最後，我終於找到我的停車位了。另一位一臉茫然的客人停下來問我他的停車位在哪裡，我解釋說是地上的停車位，不是藝術館的標誌。看來我不是唯一一個。
好吧，停好車，上樓去1106房間，當然在10樓。哈哈，這很合理。我一打開門就聞到一股潮濕發霉的味道。感覺像是被水淹過，但沒徹底晾乾似的？我打開了所有的窗戶，但沒用，只好去買了空氣清新劑來遮掩一下味道。
我們整晚和第二天都開著所有的門，味道才有所改善。如果你想找個地方窩在家裡看Netflix，躺椅可能不太舒服，但床真的很舒服。房間非常乾淨，這點很棒。洗衣機和烘乾機也很好用。
如果我知道還要去另一棟大樓辦理入住，我就不會訂了。也許……我錯過了提到這一點的部分嗎？啊，好吧，總的來說我們住得很愉快，但開頭不太順利。

Lliebenmarion衞生呢，真的是有很大的進步空間，放備用被子的層架都擦出了一層灰，雖然定了兩晚但是就住了一晚，所以就湊合住。其實窗外的風景還是可以的，泳池也好看，所以一定要定河景房，真的長住一段時間的話，自己打掃下，要比酒店好，因為有廚房，而且還便宜，門口網球場也免費用。

訪訪客聖誕假期很幸運在布里斯班選到這家酒店，套房兩張大床，帶廚房洗碗機，衞生間有兩個洗漱台，乾濕分離，自帶超美泳池，地理位置還可以，有一班公交但是train需要步行十幾分鐘上坡下坡還挺累的。

SSunsanren個人感覺入住體驗很不錯。
優點：1.轉角的落地窗視野+採光很棒；
2.酒店的wifi速度很快，覆蓋範圍很廣；
3.酒店的自助早餐品種/質量不錯，甚至有小籠包；
4.房間雖小，但是佈局後合理，各種功能基本滿足；
5.洗手間採光也非常好，同時有一整面的磨砂落地玻璃。如果是夏天來旅遊的遊客，簡單清洗自己的貼身衣物後晾在洗手間內，配合上浴室的移門。半天時間衣物就能幹了。
不足：
1.攜程的顯示有中文服務，但是我特地和前台確認了下，該酒店沒有中文服務；
2.該房型的床邊櫃比較小，放東西的話空間比較侷促（如P5）；
3.該房型沒有正經配上椅子和桌子（但對我來説問標不大）；
4.酒店算是在一個小半島裏，每次走出來稍微要多走一丟丟路。
