酒店的位置很好，就在海邊，離遊船碼頭和中心廣場很近，走路衹需幾分鐘。早餐還算豐富，有現做的煎蛋和蛋餅可以選。餐廳的落地窗面向大海，景觀不錯。房間比較寬敞，但設施一般，相當於國內三四星的連鎖酒店。我們住的房間，衞生間的門鎖是壞的。

我預訂這家酒店是因為我想看海景。
我的房間靠近碼頭，所以不是正對著大海，但晚上很安靜，微風習習。
我提前一個小時左右到達，想寄放行李，但房間好像已經準備好了，所以我就進去了！
你也可以讓前台幫你叫計程車。 （他們讓我在外面等著，等他們安排好，計程車大約五分鐘後就到了！）
計程車司機會核對你的名字，所以一定要選對車！ （當時有很多人在等計程車，也有很多人在叫計程車。）
作為參考，從酒店到機場不到15分鐘，費用為30.45美元。
飯店一樓是凱恩斯無尾熊與生物館 (Cairns Koalas & Creatures)，這是凱恩斯唯一可以抱著無尾熊拍照的地方！
無尾熊太可愛了，簡直是畢生難忘的回憶，所以趁還能抱住的時候去吧！ ！入住期間一直在下雨，本來想去泳池玩，結果只拍了幾張照片。 (;;)
我帶了折疊傘，不過飯店大廳有很多大傘可以藉，就算忘了帶也沒關係！
早餐種類豐富，麵包特別好吃，還有白飯和味噌湯。
出發當天很早就預訂了熱氣球之旅，所以凌晨3點半左右就退房了。沒多久就接到電話說取消了。我告訴前台，他們問我要不要回房間。
他們取消了我的退房，我可以吃到原本包含的早餐，所以在離開之前可以好好休息一下。 😭🙏
房間很乾淨，工作人員也很熱情，如果我再來凱恩斯，我一定會再住這裡！謝謝！

房間哪裡都好，就是窗户打不開
前台有中國姑娘，交流完全沒有問題
環境很好看，有很多的樹和植物
一樓吧枱飲料特別好喝
如果是自己拖着行李來，比較費勁，整體地勢酒店在高處，不太容易到門口，都是台階，還是打車吧
屋裡好像沒有免費礦泉水？
環境設施啥的比較豪華，各種配件都是黃銅，閃閃發光

聖靈島這邊幾乎沒有高檔酒店，沒有連鎖星級，這個算艾利灘最高檔的一家，獨享碼頭旁邊的一處風景，什麼都不做就在酒店也不錯，幾乎都是白人住客。早餐非常少，冷冰冰，咖啡，煎蛋都要額外付款。設施就是民宿的標準，廚房就是一個微波爐。非常安靜。走到繁華街區，六七分鐘吧。

客廳酒吧是必去的!!託尼和他的同事們超級熱情好客,混合了我們大部分的菜單項,我們最喜歡的是甜菜和濃縮咖啡2.0。我們只住了19樓的一晚,以爲晚上的景色很棒。早上醒來看到這麼多布里斯班,真的是驚喜。自助早餐菜單選擇很多,但我們從點菜菜單中選擇與一些夢幻般的咖啡搭配,開始一天。

我們此行的最後一站回到了布里斯班星光大酒店 (The Star Grand Brisbane)，它一如既往地沒有讓我們失望。從時尚舒適的客房到熱情專業的員工，這家飯店的一切都讓我們感覺像是一個豪華的家外之家。
飯店設施一流，床鋪無比舒適，地理位置也十分優越，方便我們盡情體驗布里斯本的一切精彩之處。這裡是我們結束旅程後放鬆身心的完美之所。
美中不足的是：雖然免費的小吃和飲料吧很貼心，但在我們入住的兩晚期間卻沒有補充。考慮到我們住了不只一晚，如果能及時補充就更好了。希望飯店能考慮改進這一點。
不過，這並沒有影響我們整體的入住體驗。我們非常喜歡這裡，一定會再光臨。強烈推薦！

因為在悉尼住過Meriton，對它印象特別好，黃金海岸也預訂了兩晚，沒想到這次的位置、風景和設施更好了
距離Surfers Paradise兩站輕軌，輕軌站走路也不遠。下樓就是海灘，樓下的服務人員都非常親和；
房間很大，整套小住宅，客廳+廚房、陽台、卧室、衣櫃+洗衣機/烘乾機的小走道，再加上一個洗手間，如果我在這裏短租個三個月我都覺得特別棒了
廚房烤箱、微波爐俱全，超大的立式冰箱，想買什麼都可以存放在裏面，做飯和吃飯的傢伙相當全，連一次性的洗潔精都備好了
客廳的電視機和卧室的電視機都很大，感覺它家的裝修成本不低，沙發、桌椅以及陽台上都備了桌椅，很完善
房間的床和用品乾淨柔軟舒適，床的硬度也非常好
洗衣機和烘乾機均提供了，這也太是那個了
洗手間不小，空間很寬裕
五星好評，下次可以全程都訂這家連鎖酒店

超出預期，房間滿寬敞的。裝修優雅，廚房的用具也齊全。有冰箱，各種廚具，洗碗機，烤箱，洗衣機烘乾機。備品是Dyptique 的。樓下就是沙灘，夜晚的天際線也很美…強烈推薦！

還有恒溫泳池，
重點是景觀無敵，
比坐摩天輪看到的景色還要美，

PPippa-louisePlace is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard .
But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to
Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

訪訪客Have stayed here a few times now over time, and it has always been a good stay for the money. (Especially if you can find a good deal on Trivago etc!)
The hotel has had a couple of owner/management changes in recent years, so some reviews are now out of date. I've always found the staff to be friendly and the facilities to be great whenever I've stayed there.
Rooms and beds ARE slightly dated now, but still very comfortable and you still get a good nights sleep. Cleaner could be a bit more thorough (e.g. corners in bathroom and shower recess, in the room I had this time around anyway), but are generally pretty clean.
Location is great, as it is very quiet and away from the rat race of Central Surfers, and is very close to many of the theme parks and lots of shops and restaurants.
I recommend this hotel for any type of traveller, families or solo, for both a short, or long stay.
Due to the slightly dated beds and furniture (which are still good!), I won't give it 5 stars, but it is still great value for your money!

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach。 featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is someside weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. 黃金海岸的帝盛飯店位置很不錯，距離大型購物中心Pacific Fair就一條街的距離，周圍吃的很多，10分鐘可以走到海邊，飯店門口就是Tram Station。房間的設施也不錯，有小陽台，打開可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比較小，地板沾水有一點滑。除此之外，特別按讚前台Carter，讓人有賓至如歸之感。 - Chinese Customers

訪訪客入住的時候已經是傍晚，前台還在提供服務，出示護照，確認訂單後需要信用卡付款按金。房子帶廚房，老闆娘很熱情幫忙教會怎麼開爐灶。整個住宿環境是很好的，兩個靠游泳池的房間安靜，靠街麪的房間略微顯得吵一些，但也不至於影響睡眠。當我們提出需要多加被子的時候，老闆娘也是很熱情幫忙。房間整潔漂亮，洗浴用品都有，淋浴熱水稍微來得慢一些，但是不影響使用。游泳池很漂亮，可惜我們行程安排太滿，還沒來得及享用就要退房了！酒店距離機場比較近，距離市中心稍微遠一點點，走路到夜市需要半小時。房間衣架很多，也有地方晾曬，可以方便大洗特洗！

訪訪客1、位置佳，交通便捷：酒店位於市中心CBD，從機場乘坐 AirTrain 20分鐘到 Central Station,沿着Ann Str.步行5分鐘即可抵達酒店。返程也是乘坐20分鐘火車到布里斯本國際機場。酒店就在City Hall隔壁，步行到 Queen Street Mall 3分鐘。到昆士蘭大學（St. Lucia Campus）可以步行7分鐘到布里斯本河邊的North Quay乘坐ferry,全程20分鐘。還可以在酒店馬路對面乘坐R586免費接駁公交車30分鐘左右到Fruitgrove火車站,乘火車30分鐘左右到Helensval，轉乘G-Link輕軌20分鐘到Surfers Paradise. 以上均可用在機場火車站購買的 Go Card，感受下Queensland的惠民政策。
2、 酒店設施齊全，服務規範： Mercure 和 Pullman 共用一個大門和大堂，前台接待友善專業，沒有遇到預訂之前讀到的一些抱怨和差評，例如入住時沒有收按金；房間的確沒有提供牙刷和拖鞋，電話告知就送過來了；離店早上還讓前台提前準備好了早餐袋子隨手帶走。
3、早餐豐盛，品種多樣：是傳統的英式早餐，有各種麪包奶酪火腿培根雞蛋香腸香菇西紅柿，也有各種飲料和水果，個人偏愛現做的omlette和toast，還有薰三文魚和cereals。食客中同胞很少。順便推薦下： Queen Street 是步行街，有幾個大商場，裏面都有 food court, 有各種口味供選擇，包括中餐，日餐、印度餐、墨西哥餐、西餐等。還有個大超市 Woolworths 值得推薦！

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.
