哥倫比亞玻利瓦爾省設有停車場的酒店

位置很好，服務也不錯。酒店比較熱鬧，週末和週中都有不同的組織在酒店室內外有活動。缺點是真的隔音不好，隔壁打噴嚏咳嗽會聽見，電視聲音也會。也確實在晚上遇到一次停電，一分鐘左右就來了。

酒店地理位置優越，海岸線一帶，距離世界文化遺產的老城區15分鐘步行距離。訂了海景房，入住時給了高樓層，景觀無敵。酒店有三個泳池，日落時喝杯小酒邊游泳邊賞景非常愜意。酒店早餐豐富，10點后也有很多住客用餐，喜歡睡懶覺的不必擔心錯過早餐時間。衛生間很大，沐浴系列為哥倫比亞本土有機品牌，香味怡人。攜程價格非常優惠，比booking便宜很多，入住了三晚，非常愉快！強烈推薦！

酒店對家庭和夫婦來說是很棒的,對孩子們來說有多樣的遊戲,也可以使用旁邊的酒店,屬於同一個老闆的海塔游泳池。海塔10樓有無限度池,超推。服務很棒,從遊說隊員、餐廳、廚師、園丁。這是一個美好的體驗。 對於海灘,酒店提供子和,但每天要爲此付費50.000 COP(12USD 約)。 一切都很乾淨。它在平靜的地,如果你想要放鬆,享受游泳池、陽光和海灘。 早餐的自助式早餐也令人目的,包括大量的哥倫比亞和外國餐品。 他肯定會回來。

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Osh酒店有如此驚人的氛圍。當你進入大堂時,他們可愛的工作人員歡迎你喝歡迎飲料。入住非常順利,他們爲我的房間類別提供了選擇,位置很棒。從字面上看,步行即可到達當地的酒館,酒吧和餐館。奧什位於距圍城的10-15分鐘,這使得該地區很容易到達晚餐選擇和旅遊。在入住Osh酒店之前,我和旅行團一起在希爾頓住了四天。相比之下,雖然大多數遊客都住在希爾頓或凱悅酒店。我每次都會選擇入住Osh。主樓層和屋頂上美麗的游泳池。雖然沒有海灘通道,但我相信你可以簡單地預訂在Aqua Azul或Makani Luxury Wanderlust的海灘日之旅。在我入住期間,還安排了房間的按摩,這是在我回家之前的一個不錯的補充。我強烈推薦您體驗哥倫比亞的奧什。套房也可以揮霍一點,對待自己。 

10年前第一次來CARTAGENA時就住的這家老5星酒店，印象非常好，尤其是對庭院式布局，游泳池和邊上的餐廳。 上午10點左右就到達了，從北京出發算已經經過了28小時飛行和轉機，實在疲倦的不想再等到下午3點入住(上的洲際就為了提前入住收了50美元)，做好了加價提前入住的打算；前台說房間已經可以住了，並且同意把最後一天的早餐提前到當天，實在非常的難得，感謝! 前台，餐廳和各種服務都很周到，雖然房間顯得老點，還是覺得物超所值!

性價比不錯。不是熱水(也不是那麼冷,是加勒比天氣只是不加熱)和離主要熱點有點遠(我用uber摩托車所以對我來說還可以,是每次行程1/2$左右)。
