房間維護得不夠好，空調和迴風噪音大（換了一間稍微好點），問題是有問題的房間為何不維修好？櫃子有點簡陋敷衍，其它基本符合四星水平。外部環境比老城區好太多，門口地鐵公交都方便。

這次入住最大的驚喜在於地理位置。酒店就坐落在西班牙廣場旁邊，視野開闊，風景優美。更棒的是，它離地鐵站和機場巴士站都非常近，對於攜帶行李的旅客來説非常友好，交通極其便利。
房間的整體衞生狀況不錯，內部比較整潔，雖然房間不算大，但設施也都很新。
不過，在入住體驗上還有一些小瑕疵。建議酒店在清潔時更加細緻一些，例如床頭區域，我入住時發現上面還遺留有上一位客人的頭髮，這多少影響了舒適度。如果想靠在床頭休息，建議不要直接靠在床頭上，最好先把枕頭墊在後背，這樣會更舒適衞生。 另外，雖然入住時衹提供了一瓶水略顯單薄，但好在底樓電梯口貼心地配備了飲水機，可以免費取用礦泉水和氣泡水，這一點非常加分，解了燃眉之急。房間配備了浴袍，咖啡機和電熱水壺，非常實用。
總的來説，如果你看重地理位置和便捷的交通，這家酒店是一個不錯的選擇。

第一次來巴塞隆拿，女朋友對海景房非常滿意，酒店前台非常熱情幫我們辦理了提前入住，每天晚上回到酒店後還能看到保潔員在打掃房間時將我們的睡衣折成了可愛的圖案，還會給我們贈送巧克力，超出預期的幸福指數

櫃檯很熱情，服務很好，辦理入住手續就先提供水跟WiFi，住客還提供一杯迎賓飲料，酒店裝潢很新穎，位置雖然不在市中心，但在車站旁邊，搭地鐵、公車都很方便，樓下還有超市可以採買！

這家飯店很新，高層客房視野極佳，陽台尤其令人心曠神怡。房間寬敞明亮，配備保險箱、吹風機等生活必需品。如有需要，例如熱水壺等特殊設備，只需向前台諮詢即可。
入住辦理快速方便，搭乘電梯即可快速抵達客房。飯店設有餐廳和咖啡廳，餐廳的自助早餐豐盛美味。
屋頂酒吧設有室內外區域和一個小型無邊際泳池，非常棒，但我想旺季時可能會比較擁擠。
飯店位置尚可，但並非完美。步行約 5-10 分鐘即可到達最近的電車站或地鐵站（可能是 El Maresme Forum），附近還有一個大型購物中心。步行 20 分鐘即可抵達海灘，或者您也可以搭乘距離酒店僅 5 分鐘路程的 H16 號公車前往沿海的大部分海灘區域。酒店附近也有一些小商店和酒吧，但品質一般。缺點是，飯店旁邊似乎是一個破舊的居民區，經常有形跡可疑的人出沒。
從飯店搭乘地鐵或電車前往市區大約需要 25-30 分鐘。
服務人員很友好，房間每天都打掃得很乾淨。只有一次，大約在上午 11:30，一位酒店員工粗魯地敲門，大聲喊著“退房”，但我們明明預訂了好幾天。我告訴他之後，他道了歉，顯然他拿錯了房間，但這種溝通錯誤在一家四星級飯店不應該發生。還有一天，我們丟掉了之前空的瓶子，卻沒有收到免費的瓶裝水。除此之外，一切都很好。
總而言之，我會推薦這家飯店，因為它擁有美麗的城市景觀、嶄新乾淨的房間以及極具競爭力的價格。搭乘大眾運輸工具前往市區和海灘需要 15-30 分鐘，因此建議購買一張 Hola Barcelona 卡。

訪訪客On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

訪訪客A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured.
Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel.
As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you.
Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

優點：員工友好，房間有大陽台，床很舒服，地理位置優越，是旅途中的完美停留地（安靜，親近自然，交通便利，靠近高速公路），聽不到鄰居的動靜。
缺點：浴室和空調有一些黑色黴菌，窗簾上有一些污漬，早餐很糟糕（選擇少，而且價格便宜（有些真的不好吃））。
對於在巴塞隆納的短期住宿來說，這個價格還算合理。

清潔度：
房間定期打掃，我們的任何要求都得到及時解決。泳池區也維護得很好，我們出發當天的淋浴間一塵不染，讓我們的住宿更加舒適。
服務：
整體服務還算合理。工作人員同時處理多項任務，雖然有時顯得有點壓力，但他們總是及時、禮貌，讓我們在住宿期間感到賓至如歸。
地點：
該位置非常適合遊覽巴塞隆納。步行即可輕鬆抵達巴塞隆納、貝爾港和埃爾博恩區。另外，飯店就在火車站對面，這使我們前往錫切斯的一日遊變得非常方便。

訪訪客酒店附近配套非常齊全，吃喝玩樂都有，去參觀高迪的主要旅遊點也建議步行，可以很好地體驗巴塞隆拿的生活、購物、文化美景。酒店早餐中上，服務人員非常熱情，
但是我遇到一個非常不好的體驗，我住2天後要換房間續住（單人房換去三人房）提早兩天和前台溝通希望可以無縫對接另外一間房，居然在家人到達的時候説還不能換，而且如果12點沒房間我們得退出來等房間。。我之前已經檢查了網站酒店是有房間的。。之後酒店説有房間了可以換，要求把房卡送上來我們好換房間，居然説一定得本人下去簽名才能拿鑰匙，下去問説酒店的流程必須如此。。這讓我非常失望，非常非常掃興，就決定不續住了

YYunxingtianxia酒店一應俱全，在一個街角處，位置也不錯，周邊飲食購物超方便，網紅打卡地Cheese99每天都品嚐。還可以步行去高迪三件套，聖家堂（25-30分鐘）、巴特羅之家（15-20分鐘）、米拉之家（10-15分鐘）。服務要重點説説，可以預訂球賽，千載難逢正好趕上巴薩主場對哥本哈根隊，包含諾坎普球場到酒店的來回接送。從諮詢、確認、付款、接送等換了四位工作人員（因為每天值班的人不一樣），但都一直與我保持密切溝通，度過了終身難忘的一個美妙夜晚。深刻體會到了足球的魅力，球員身姿矯健，依靠團隊協作，傳球千變萬化，比分起伏跌宕，結果無法預測；球迷座無虛席，吶喊助威，熱情高漲，盡情釋放，又唱又跳，看得出來是發自內心的熱愛足球⚽️

PPoline:)住宿條件很棒，服務也很棒，還有價格實惠的水療中心。早餐很豐盛，但略顯陳舊。他們應該提供更多蛋白質選擇。
住宿就在海灘邊，風景優美，設施齊全。如果有機會，我願意再帶家人來這裡。
