我慶祝結婚紀念日,並通知酒店,他們準備了蛋糕,裝飾甚至免費升級!
陽台門有問題,無法正確關閉,導致空調不打開。打電話給客房部,他們在15分鐘後來修復。
溫暖的游泳池只是小區域的孩子,所以不要期望太多,但我的孩子喜歡她的游泳!

這家酒店有驚人的花園河景。工作人員很好,特別是Mohamad Kiki先生和他的老闆在天空屋頂餐廳。早餐很棒。我在那裏玩得很開心。
但很多事情需要加強,電視頻道,大部分頻道都不行,沒有電影頻道。Wi-Fi很慢。毛巾舊了。咖啡館和餐廳甜點一定要加強。
總體來說,這家酒店是我住過的最好的酒店之一,沒有酒精,有清真寺 。

我對入住萬隆El Hotel的第一次體驗非常棒。酒店免費升級了房間，我非常感激。房間乾淨寬敞，配備一張舒適的大床。有浴缸的浴室也維護得很好。唯一的小瑕疵是洗手間的一個燈泡壞了，但我向前台報告後，他們並沒有更換。咖啡廳提供的早餐種類豐富，服務也很好。酒店位置優越，周圍有很多餐廳。總而言之，我非常享受這次入住體驗，下次來萬隆我一定會再入住這家飯店。

實際上我們到達的時候已經是下午 3 點左右了，我們預訂了 3 間房間。但只有 2 間有連通門的房間可用（很好，符合我的要求）。但另外 1 個房間仍在等待，因為房間尚未準備好。我們等了很久，直到下午 4 點左右才可以入住房間（在我要求客房服務人員打掃房間之後）。
之後我們接到電話，說我們可以享受免費自助晚餐（因延遲入住）。我們很高興。
我們大約晚上 7 點到達後，食物已經空了。工作人員沒有註意到他們需要補充食物。雞肉和咖哩湯很冷。食物種類有限。還有一群的一位女士在抱怨：每人花了 20 萬，但食物卻令人失望。同樣我們也需要支付額外的費用。
第二天早上去健身房，我在男廁發現了髒東西。
早上入住之前，我嘗試打電話給酒店來修復線路。但沒人接電話。也許管理層應該檢查一下。
入住五星級飯店是個意想不到的體驗。需要改進服務

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!
