訪訪客Overall, the stay was fine. Would appreciate it if the international food spread were to include Chinese food. Cleanliness of room could be improved further, especially the toilet. TV programs lack international channels (CNN, CNBC etc) Only ABC is available.

Special mention to Rahul, Ritu, Ashton and Uma for making the stay really pleasant and for taking care of every small detail. Truly appreciate their stellar service! Look forward to be back

MMir69Staff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.
