超過15年的宿霧老牌五星飯店，看得出已有歲月的痕跡，但維護得不錯，飯店工作人員也都十分友善專業，走路2分鐘隔壁就是超大的SM CITY MALL十分方便，唯一美中不足的是泳池還在維修。Check-in後因為所訂的套房沒有浴缸跟接待人員要求換房型，結果直接免費幫我升級換到大套房，這服務沒話說！

我可以輕鬆步行到Savemore市場和Labuyo的知名餐廳。
內部環境…
有點不方便，因為沒有桌子可以放行李箱。
一切都乾淨整潔。
自來水的味道有點奇怪，不是嗎？熱水出水順暢，排水系統也很好。
早餐種類豐富，但說實話，不太好吃…
麵包還行，沒有特別喜歡的。
蒼蠅很多。 @_@ 不過，他們還是盡力保持乾淨了。
室內泳池正在翻新嗎？
海濱泳池很淺，水質也不太好。這絕對不是適合游泳的海灘，只是適合拍照。
滑翔傘和香蕉船需付費。
聽說那裡會比較吵，所以我本來希望那裡能辦派對，但
好像常常有公司聚會、婚禮之類的。
你只能在旁邊看著。

喜歡這裡的水壓！ ！ ！我們也很喜歡按摩室的服務！服務人員人很好！ ！不過他們收毛巾的時候沒有幫我們換新的，所以我們得打電話給禮賓部。呵呵。
嗯，對我來說唯一的缺點就是噪音！我們隔壁的房間好像客人很多，因為他們不停地開關門。另外，你會聽到外面卡拉OK的聲音──還好，晚上就停了。

我們在這裡住了一周慶祝結婚紀念日，感覺非常棒。飯店很新，很漂亮，維護得很好。工作人員非常友善熱情，早餐豐盛美味。婚禮當天，工作人員在我們的房間裡準備了驚喜裝飾，還送了我們一份免費甜點！
強烈推薦 Henann Premier 酒店，如果我們再來薄荷島，一定會再次入住。

飯店的游泳池壞了一陣子，房間的大小不算大，臨櫃時櫃檯人員面銷海景房double bed需要再增加2400披索的費用, 沙灘的游泳池距離飯店步行大約8分鐘，有一個無邊際的游泳池，還有一個海邊的沙灘，不過礁石相當多要注意一下安全，浴室的水溫很低，大概只有35度，櫃檯人員相當忙碌，整個飯店多數為韓國的旅客。

房間安靜，隔音效果良好，令人滿意。

我們在薩沃伊酒店度過了非常愉快的時光。房間包含海灘/泳池的使用。晚餐很棒。我的房卡和電梯出了點問題。有時它讀不出來，錯過了我的樓層。
工作人員非常努力，尤其是在自助早餐期間，因為那裡人太多，客人必須排隊等候。那天是父親節，也是開學前的最後一個週末。
除此之外，一切都很棒。謝謝。

What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

訪訪客上次去薄荷島的時候，我去過 Henann Alona Beach，
所以這次我決定去 Henann Tawala。
雖然泳池和 Alona Beach 一樣，但泳池的大小、佈置和管理都遠不如 Alona Beach。
坦白說，感覺就像在監獄裡一樣。我想這是因為 Alona Beach 被四面牆包圍著。
不過，它去市中心的交通最方便。

JJinshu524總體來説還是可以的，早餐不錯，選擇挺多，推薦philipino蛋卷。泳池不大，還算夠用，人多的時候儘量早點去佔位。海邊石頭挺多，一定要穿沙灘鞋，海里魚挺多，記得自帶浮潛設備。最好是自駕過來，有車會方便很多，打grab也可以，滴滴app目前比grab總體更便宜。

周周彥鋒地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

Ssuesslian飯店透過電子郵件快速便捷地解決了我們的問題。雖然我們預訂了三天，但實際上只住了一天半左右。因此，酒店升級了房間，也贈送了蛋糕和葡萄酒。我們非常感激。蛋糕真的甜美可口，就像我們在比利時吃到的蛋糕一樣。我們對休息室的使用非常滿意。我們還在泳池邊度過了一段輕鬆愉快的時光。所有工作人員都很友好，尤其是韓國男士！

MMightymight我在宿霧枕頭飯店度過了一段美好的時光，從熱情的入住到豪華的客房，一切都是一流的。我為我的父母和我和我的伴侶預訂了 2 間房間。我和父母的房間都很寬敞、乾淨，而且可以看到令人驚嘆的城市景觀。床非常舒服，浴室配備了豪華的設施。
飯店內的餐廳供應美味的早餐，七樓的屋頂非常適合放鬆或喝咖啡，或在令人驚嘆的景色中抽煙。地理位置極佳，步行即可到達商店和景點。
工作人員很友好，很細心，確保滿足我的所有需求。唯一的缺點是停車場太滑，我走向汽車時差點摔倒，為了安全起見，停車場肯定可以改進一下。但就體驗品質而言，這是值得的。

BBubbleChimpGood for experienced divers but not for new divers, solo travellers, relaxing beach time or a deluxe experience even though it was £200+ a night so I did not think it was good value.
For me it was just the wrong choice and I didn't do enough research. The main disappointment comes down to me basing my expectations on the price instead of the 3 star rating. I haven't paid that much for a hotel before and usually go for 4 or 5 star places so I just don't understand the pricing, maybe that's just how it is in the Philippines. The staff and service are good, breakfast and the room are ok, spa and diving are the good amenities so it might be the diving location which warrants the price.
Lunch and dinner are good. I recommend the honey yoghurt muesli with mango and the chicken salad (with a dressing) for breakfast. Everything I had on the lunch/dinner menu was great - the tom kha gai soup, Dorado, burger, curry etc all good. Small range of beers and cocktails available but cocktails were good too.
The room and bathroom are fine for 3 star standards. There is termite stuff falling from the wood beams and dead moths or similar insects on shelves which did not get cleaned away.
The Swedish massage was good, I recommend Gail. The shiatsu was painful and pinched my skin so she switched to Swedish. The pool is murky and not enticing to swim in, lots of mozzies around it too.
I much preferred the beach and water conditions further down at Dauin. I like to relax on a nice beach and swim etc. that's where the great snorkeling is too. But the water at Atlantis is too rough and windy and the beach too narrow.
Although the dive masters are great for leading dives and probably for the other diving skills, I wouldn't recommend getting your open water certificate here especially if you're at all nervous about it. There were some differences with the SSI videos like being able to practise boat entry in the pool first and using a snorkel that I would have preferred what with the condition of the water there. The beach, water and entry conditions are so much better 20-30min down the beach at Dauin, Bongo Bongo beach. I managed to earn my open water and it was the reason for this trip but it wasn't a pleasant experience and I watched the divers enter at Dauin quite jealously.
Considering you can do 4-5 dives a day here plus a day for Apo island, I think 3-4 days here would be perfect.
The hotel tour prices were a bit more expensive than others I found and they do not arrange joiner tours so as a solo traveller, their tours were prohibitively expensive. For some reason there were no joiner tours available outside the hotel either, I don't know if that's because of the season (jan-feb) or that's usual for the Philippines but it's the first time I've experienced that in my travels.
The tour to Apo Island is good and well arranged. The only thing is as a snorkeler you have to wait until after lunch to get to the shallow turtle area but it was great and a benefit of going with the hotel is you leave on their boat right from the hotel, no need to drive to the ferry.

부부엉이엄마河南的連鎖飯店似乎對毛巾遺失之類的問題處理得有點嚴格。浴室墊從一開始就沒有，我也沒主動要，因為太不方便了，但退房時卻不見了，這讓我有點不爽。去度假村，真的需要檢查每條毛巾、浴室墊和其他物品嗎？我去過無數家度假村，但這是第一次。我希望他們能改進這一點。毛巾和其他物品的品質不太好，所以我覺得把毛巾失去的責任推卸給客人不太妥當。
飯店有點老舊，設施普遍磨損嚴重。不過，清潔工作做得還不錯。泳池很棒，客房服務也很棒。
工作人員也非常友好，樂於滿足我的要求。
