I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

酒店地點就在中央火車站附近，十分方便。職員態度十分友善，面帶笑容，感覺好舒服！我們早到酒店，尚未可 check in, 職員安排行李存放，服務甚好！房間面積尚可，兩張單人床也有空間整理行李箱！浴室乾淨，花灑力度十分好，毛巾質素也算不錯！總言之，物有所值！

這間酒店整體體驗非常不錯。空間寬敞，房間設有梳化和浴缸，住起來非常舒適。玻璃升降機不僅運行快速，還能欣賞外面的城市景觀，感覺很開闊。 早餐是亮點之一，選擇多樣，味道也很出色。除了多款優格甜品和新鮮水果，還有即榨蔬果汁和鮮榨橙汁，健康又有活力，讓人一早就充滿好心情。 三樓設有桑拿和健身室，是放鬆身心的好地方，尤其適合旅途疲憊時使用。 酒店位於市中心，交通非常便利，不論是觀光還是商務出行都很方便。 整體來說，是一家值得推薦的住宿選擇。

這家飯店位於舊城區中心，環境優美。房間寬敞乾淨，員工服務也很專業。 唯一的缺點是房間很大，但形狀有點奇怪——你得坐在沙發上才能看電視，而且房間的整體佈局也不太符合傳統的酒店風格。 除此之外，這家酒店散發著一種古老的精品魅力。

名不副實，標的是三星，實際上各種設施比大部分四星級酒店都好😄 早餐很豐富，能點午餐，品種也很多。 特別是有會客需求的話，很合適。 定的是最便宜的房間確實比較小，房間裏沒有桌子和熱水壺，衞生間設計有點小bug，水槽太淺了，洗澡水會流到外面... 總的來説性價比很高

入住的第一晚，飯店在沒有任何通知的情況下為我安排了一間殘疾人專用的房間。因為已經很晚了，而且我很累，所以我沒有想太多，但是我注意到有些不對勁。 第二天晚上，洗完澡後，我發現整個浴室都濕透了，而且非常滑，我差點跌倒。然後我檢查了我的預訂收據，我注意到我預訂的房間應該有不同的浴室佈局。 當我向前台提出這個問題時，他們承認由於第一天晚上預訂過多，他們在沒有通知我的情況下將我重新安排到了一間殘疾人專用房間。 對於不熟悉的人來說，這種設計顯然是不安全的，而且飯店工作人員也沒有誠意解決這個問題。更糟的是，他們甚至沒有道歉。相反，他們只是問我想要什麼。這是不可接受的——第一天晚上他們沒有通知我更換房間的事情，當我提出這個問題時他們也沒有承擔責任。 最後，在我的堅持下，他們為我升級到了最好的房間，並提供了兩天的免費早餐。然而，所有這一切都只是因為我的要求而發生的——工作人員沒有表現出任何主動性。他們確實需要更好的訓練。 第一張照片是他們送來的道歉水果。第二、三張照片展示了殘障者衛生間的情況。 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，飯店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人員的房間。  由於太累倦了，所以只是感覺怪怪的，但並沒有察覺房間有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也濕透了，我差一點就要滑倒了。 再看看預訂前的收據，發現房間的衛生間根本不應該是這個樣子，接著我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我因為，第一天晚上的時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 但你想知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們沒有誠意的道歉，只是問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這不是飯店的問題嗎？第一天並沒有坦白這不是我具體修改的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒有做出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的早餐，另外房間也送了兩天免費的早餐給我。不過，這些通通都是我要求的，飯店人員確實需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

The check-in instructions were provided in advance and the check-in process went smoothly, although the concierge downstairs was very rude. The location is very central, but unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Overall, the apartment is quite worn out and poorly maintained. One of the blinds was not working, allowing a lot of light into the room. Even worse, the other blind fell directly on us when we tried to close it! The street noise was unbearable. Cars, sirens, and motorcycles were loud throughout the entire night. Combined with the light coming through the window and the uncomfortable beds, it was almost impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. I also could not find a smoke detector inside the apartment, which was concerning given that we were staying on the 18th floor. The only smoke detector I could see was in the hallway. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed, although the overall condition of the apartment makes this amenity feel rather questionable. We booked the apartment for four people, but the sofa bed had not been prepared or unfolded in advance. Since we arrived late, we were hoping to go straight to bed, so having to set it up ourselves was inconvenient. Both beds were uncomfortable and creaky, making it even harder to sleep. The apartment has basic amenities, including a kitchen and a washing machine, but it is very tired and in need of maintenance. Considering the poor sleeping conditions, broken blinds, excessive noise, and overall condition, I would say the apartment is overpriced. The only real advantage is its central location. Unfortunately, that alone is not enough to make up for the many shortcomings. I would not stay here again.

酒店地理位置優越，走路就可以到達舊城區的主要景點，交通也方便，附近就有火車站，房間大小還行，隔音效果不錯，也乾淨.

這次是我第二次入住，酒店周邊還是被建築工地包圍，塵土飛揚。而且房間面積細，電源插座少。另外房間無熱水壺，要到樓下打水。 酒店附近有超級市場。 不過酒店服務不怎樣好，剛剛遇上1本地學生旅行團來住宿，酒店給漏他們房間。 酒店升降機面積細，酒店升降機速度慢，所以遇上旅行團集體入住或者集體退房，等升降機非常慢。入住期間，我懷疑自己***。 我聽見床頭牆壁懷疑有豬的打鼾聲音，結果，要大力拳打牆壁3下，才無再聽到那些鬼聲音。 還有酒店房間門是隔音非常差，關門之後聽到走廊別人説話。
