沙特阿拉伯麥地那省設有停車場的酒店

非常好,入住的人真的很棒,每個人都很好。我喜歡我們在那裏的住宿。我們訂了4人的房間,但他們給我們升級了行政套房,他們真好。我希望我們有聖地的景色,但距離清真寺步行2分鐘。

We had a very wonderful experience at Sofitel hotel in Madinah. This hotel is very close to the Haram, easy access to food and shops around. Service is very good. Breakfast and half board is a good choice. My kids loved the deluxe room.

很棒的酒店,離al Haram很近。早餐也不錯。前台接待員對我們很好;真的很感激。

優秀,乾淨的酒店,位置好。唯一的缺點是客房服務人員有些不合作,甚至要求後也需要時間服務。奇怪的是其中一個撒謊,聲稱我們拒絕服務。我們要求的大部分東西,我們說沒有,不幸的是,咖啡膠囊被推遲了餐館。

Initially i got surprised after Booking hotel informed me that they couldn’t find my booking and advised me to contact with service provider. I called Trip.com Saudi  Arabia contact number they supported within 30 minutes.Not only provided me new hotel confirmation number but also sent confirmation email as well.When I called with new confirmation number it was okay and I reached and faced no issues.It was great experience with Trip.com to book  Such a nice property in very reasonable price and no hidden charges.Finally we enjoyed it.

說實話,我真的很喜歡這家酒店的一切。我最欣賞的是工作人員的善良。從入口的那些保安那裏,他們走了額外的英里,那些穿着灰色T恤(不確定他們叫什麼)的傢伙/兄弟們,他們非常棒,反應靈敏,樂於助人。我希望我有名字,但那些傢伙非常認真地對待他們的工作,即使在齋月,他們臉上總是帶着微笑。前台接待員非常樂於助人,專業和善良。 很棒的氛圍!

I really recommend this hotel!! Not biased they are so accomodating!! All staffs from reception, concierge ALL!! They are very helpful! And they are all very kind and cheerful!! I love their friendly approach! Plus the hotel itself is clean with good ambiance. The service and the rooms are aesthetic!!! Over all I love itt!!! ❤️
