酒店周邊環境肯定是好的，衞生狀態一般般吧，設施是國內全季的水平吧，酒店沒有電梯，帶大件或幾件行李的自己斟酌，我們反正是搬殘了，感受最差的是短途巴士，酒店所在的小鎮，自己的車是進不去的，重要的事情説三遍，衹有在停車場裏等酒店的接駁車來接，停車場裏有個按鈕，可以召喚車，但打10次，大概2次會接，打通了後每次都説15mins後車會來，結果我們帶着三個行李在停車場足足等了1個半小時車才來！退房的時候，讓酒店用短駁車送到停車場、也百般拒絕，一會説一定要有停車場的停車券（我們是包車，車不停在停車場，沒有卷），一會説司機沒來上班，並且僅針對亞裔，結果我們和一對韓國人推着行李走了20分鐘 走到停車場，服務有種愛住不住，店大欺客的感覺，感受很差！介意的自己斟酌。

這個度假酒店除了沒電梯老人家上樓不方便外其他無可挑剔。 我提前一周特意和攜程聯繫，申請安排底層房間給八十多歲的父母，但是到達前台後被告知沒有接到通知。搞的父母很焦慮，不知怎麼去上樓。 幸虧酒店老闆通情達理，照顧老人給我父母升級到高級套間，解決了這個問題。

Sehr nettes Hotel, halbwegs preiswert in einer an sich eher teuren Gegend. Ideal für Ausflüge (Gosausee, Bad Ischl, Hallstatt). Einziger Nachteil ist vielleicht, dass die Erreichbarkeit mit der Bahn etwas mühsam ist (Umstieg auf Bus notwendig). Ausreichend gratis Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gosaukamm. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, Frühstück und Abendessen (Buffets) in sehr gut. Wir hätten uns vielleicht etwas mehr Auswahl bei vegetarischer und gesunder Kost gewünscht, aber das ist eine persönliche Präferenz und Feedback auf sehr hohem Niveau. Toll für die Ausflüge war die Möglichkeit, Lunch Pakete zu bekommen! Eventuell könnten die KellnerInnen beim Abendessen fragen, ob man noch ein zweites Getränk möchte (und dadurch, dass man nichts unterschreiben muss, ist Trinkgeld geben schwierig). Auch das aber Verbesserungsvorschläge auf hohem Niveau. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Excellent hotel in the southern part of the city center. My room was huge, in a corner with excellent views. Amenities include refrigerator, aircon, tee/coffee etc. Free fruit and candy in the reception. Supermarkets, tram, and central train station are close by. In terms of customer service, this hotel is a gem. As a member of Radisson Rewards, I usually get a room upgrade if available. This time, i did not, but when I asked in the reception, the receptionist explained that it was not available. However, on closer look, she could move reservations around, and I got a huge suite with view of the city and a welcome bottle of champagne. That's what I call going an extra mile in customer service. Fantastic. Very highly recommended from my side

We spent a great holiday at Stadthotel Goldenes Schiff and can really recommend it. All in all just TOP!!! 🥰 The room was clean and tidy with a spectacular river view from the huge window. The interior is modern, there is also available a tablet in the room that can help you to find any information that you need during your stay in this beautiful hotel. The foods were 5 stars; a rich breakfast buffet and delicious modern menus in the evening. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their English is perfect. The Wellness area is a dream. Have some choices of sauna, fitness/gym area, also a great chilling area with a wonderful view of Traun. Last but not least, the location is TOP! In the center of Bad Ischl, which makes you easy to go anywhere, or get anything you want. As for me who likes running, I enjoyed my running time around the hotel and the river, the view is so spectacular. Keep it up!! Hope someday we can come back to this hotel again. 😊

在我們離開時,一位非常樂於助人和愉快的女士拒絕了一個相當低調的歡迎會,她不可能更好。我們有一個相當小的(沒有地方放箱子)房間。然而氛圍,最舒適的牀和良好的淋浴都很好。我們睡了一個極好的夜晚。房間裏提供了花生。大堂裏還有氣泡水。一個可愛的觸摸是,酒店酒吧/休息室可以使用兩張啤酒或葡萄酒的客人券。酒店毗鄰公共停車場,可以從3樓進入。我們從房間可以看到大教堂的驚人景色。絕對是我們要返回的地方。

酒店靠近霍爾斯塔特,郵車542就在主幹道外。房間的清潔度是可以接受的,除了我們在牀上和吹風機上發現先前住客留的一些頭髮,以及桌上一個半醉的礦泉水瓶。房間沒有足夠的插座,我不得不在廁所充電的同時使用手機。早餐簡單,選擇不多。總的來說,我們仍然有一個愉快的住宿。工作人員非常友好,入住和退房都非常高效。

NIce modern and comfort hotel with a nice view on night Donau. Best place where I could stay after concert in close Bruckner house.

Herrliche Zimmertemperatur Wir erholen uns gerade im kühlen Zimmer von Harrys Hotel. Klima ist perfekt eingestellt und leise! Das Zimmer duftet und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Einchecken mit Code ab 20 Uhr war easy. Tiefgarage hat viel Platz. Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Harrys Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Stayed there during my Austria visit, it is a nice big and clean hotel, with a steam bath that I enjoyed very much, cozy and spacious rooms and great and tasty breakfast - huge selection of food there! Easy to get around and to the center, friendly staff.

多麼慘的酒店。訂了5晚,3晚後離開。位置很棒。房間還可以。但是工作人員!!真的需要客服培訓。服務駭人聽聞。在Check in上一句話都沒有,只是一張紙推給我們完成。黑髮年輕女孩態度問題嚴重。第二天早上下去吃早餐。完全無視。小馬尾的老人眼神接觸,背對着我們。似乎更有興趣和前台接待員聊天。我們等待坐下還是隻是坐在某個地方?不知道。就像我說的只是忽視。我們去別處拿食物。在3天我們住在那裏,我們沒有一次說話。留在別處,在那裏你可以得到一點服務或其他。我們花了6個月在過去的18個月在歐洲旅行。從來沒有經歷過類似的事情。令人震驚的酒店。
