酒店地理位置優越，去景點非常方便，步行可達。酒店裝修風格優雅大方，又不失時尚。酒店的房間設施完善，非常適合度假。酒店在辦理入住手續時，免費提供茶點，非常貼心。酒店的自助早餐，超讚，品質多，而且每天會有所調整，給連住的客人有新鮮感。總的來講，是一家跟棒的度假酒店，值得推薦！

We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

很有意思的酒店，定位屬於高端老牌大酒店，在冬季低峯期來價格很便宜，裏面吃的還不錯，但是隔壁有家叫 Le Marché的餐廳更好吃。 酒店的酒吧非常好，還有個隱藏酒吧，對於007愛好者會隨機解鎖。

一個麗的現代酒店, 它能使度假者復興. 這間酒店出人意料地華,價格非常誘人!我真是驚訝,在馬裏安斯克拉茲納有這樣一個高檔的空間,擁有昂貴的現代設計和高質量的傢俱。我非常不喜歡老的“累”酒店,這個因素一直阻止我去度假城市旅行。但是這家酒店完全不同的故事。它有吸引年輕人的一切機會,並真正在城市裏生活。 酒店非常漂亮,豪華!立刻可以看到設計師的精彩工作, 每件小事都精心設計. 直接在區有自己的飲用水源(我明白,”森林”)和特殊的。非常方便 非常寬的房間,有大電視,牀上非常舒適,睡覺是一件愉快的事情。 酒店有充足的溫泉區和健身房,屋頂上有個別的熱鬧酒吧。有非常舒適的沙發,坐在那裏享受全景的風景。 早餐水平!很高興有一個蛋站,所有人都在你面前做飯,以及一個很好的選擇新鮮水果和果。 唯一不喜歡的就是吃晚飯,在酒店的一般水平,晚餐看起來很弱,廚房值得一拉。 如果你在度假勝地尋找時尚、現代、舒適的休閒,沒有“古老”的襲擊,你肯定會回來的。

酒店位於山頂,對於帶行李的旅客來說不太方便。酒店內有3棟樓,其中2棟相連。室內游泳池、桑拿、按摩浴缸都在2棟。 我的房間在3號樓,好像是新裝修的。寬敞的空間,單人間,可以看到木林和隔壁城堡建築。廁所和淋浴間是分開的。只提供1個身體和頭髮洗髮水。但隔音不是那麼好,晚上可能會聽得清清楚楚的窩房的說話和笑。 前台紳士好親切,細心,對他的服務高度讚賞。早餐一般,節假日可能會擁擠。

One of best hotels is luxury with spa. The rich breakfast and dinner are offered with very incredible affordable price. The receptionists are very friendly. The location is super convenient. Highly recommended!
