英國大曼徹斯特設有泳池的酒店

環境設施不錯，服務有待提高，我訂了兩間房，一間空調壞了不制熱，外面零度很冷，第一晩因為入住太晚了就忍了一夜，第二天早八點半到前台報修，回覆馬上來，我馬上回到房間等，9:30,10:30又下樓兩次問為什麼還沒人來修，回覆都是馬上來，一直等到下午16:00 終於忍不住了，和協程聯繫幫助解決，很快有人來送了一台電暖器，總算緩解一下室內温度，17:00終於來人修了，十幾分鍾後告知修好了，我問怎麼不熱，告知等會就熱了，我説等熱了你再走，沒想到人家頭都沒回就走了，結果不出所料沒修好，一夜都沒熱，空調故障燈一直閃着沒停，就這樣我又凍了一夜，好在有電熱器比第一天強多了。更加費解的是如果一開始告知下午才來修我也不會在房間傻等一天，耽誤我一天行程安排，我是出於禮貌房間有私人物品，如果工人進門修客人沒在怕不禮貌，沒想到想多了。另外一間房更逗，上去一看沒打掃房間，我衹能無語了。管理水平有待提高。

可愛的乾淨房間。我的小男孩喜歡窗戶,可以看到景色,在游泳池裏度過時光。游泳池有兒童會議,所以我們可以作爲一個家庭享受,這很棒。位置也很棒,步行一小段就到市中心了。肯定會再次入住這裏😀

第一次入住米德蘭酒店，住了一晚，感覺非常棒。房間沒有景觀，但只住了一晚，所以也無所謂。淋浴還不錯，到處都很乾淨，床也很舒服。我們還付費享用了早餐，選擇很多，而且味道也很好，讓我們一天都吃得很飽。總而言之，這是一次非常棒的住宿體驗。

好在週末的停車場是免費的。 早餐非常平常的水平。不要有期望。有星巴克。如果你想吃更好的早餐,你可以考慮在星巴克(但它在早上8點開放),而不是在酒店。 附近只有1個大酒吧+餐廳,食物是通常的酒吧水平質量但價格低於平均水平,主菜13到15左右。

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

酒店無可挑剔，客戶服務也很棒。我伴侶剛好慶祝30歲生日，他們甚至升級了我們的房間，真是個驚喜。他預訂了夢幻般的水療設施，物理治療服務也非常棒。炸魚薯條和彼得街廚房也非常棒，別猶豫，趕快預訂吧。

Everything about our stay was amazing ! The staff were superb.The food in the Resteraunt  was lovely and it’s great to see that some of the staff have worked there for many years. A first class experience !

優秀的住宿,翻新後有很大的改善。工作人員也很棒,絕對符合我們來的標準。對萬豪酒店的期望。 房間很好,很舒服,游泳池很棒,桑拿,健身房,位置很安靜。咖啡也很棒,值得一提。一定會再次入住

Lovely hotel with everything you could possibly need

這次英國之旅我們帶著十幾歲的兒子一起旅行，所以我們更喜歡兩臥室公寓，我們更喜歡服務式公寓。對於這個位置來說，這個價格很划算，很舒適。 我們預訂了 3 晚住宿，不幸的是他們不提供每日客房清潔服務，[不更換毛巾/不洗碗等]，但是您可以要求每天提供客房清潔服務@45 英鎊/天！房間雖然不大，但對於 3 個成人來說足夠舒適。 2 間臥室2 間浴室2 張大床、洗衣機、冰箱、廚房、奈斯派索咖啡機等。為18 英鎊/天。這對我們來說比倫敦便宜，倫敦每天花費 50 英鎊。 缺點：公寓客廳燈光太暗，有窗但鎖著，感覺很悶。 優點：我們更喜歡與家人一起長途旅行的服務式公寓。
