大多數東西都很好,但令我驚訝的是,沒有牙膏,牙刷,沐浴露和手巾,浴室墊也不乾淨。但我真的很喜歡這個地方,其他一切都達到更高的標準。我只有2個洗髮水。

這裡是休閒度假的理想之地，住宿體驗很棒，設施一流。除此之外，他們的退房時間太早了，上午11點就退房了……這給退房高峰期帶來了很大的不便，尤其是工作人員……他們催促我們提前退房。退房時間最好安排在中午12點左右。

Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. I would like to extend special recognition to several team members who made a meaningful impact during my stay. Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism—David’s ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive.
I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. I will certainly be returning more often and would highly recommend Kempinski Hotel Accra to others seeking a premium and memorable hospitality experience.

房間乾淨,寬敞,維護良好,有一張舒適的牀和放鬆住宿所需的所有必需品。客房清潔每天都做得很好,酒店的整體氛圍感到平靜和安全。我也喜歡酒店的設施,特別是游泳池區,非常適合忙碌一天後放鬆。

NNazarethbuxBeautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^
