非常值得入住Palembang市最高的建築酒店,非常值得體驗。從高處可以看到Palembang市的景色,非常有趣,而且不更重要的是,早餐菜單種類繁多,也很美味。

Selalu jaga kebersihan , ramah sll dengan tamu.. hanya saya kecewa waktu saya menginap ada tamu yg lain berisik tolong di cek pada saat cek in. Kayanya tamu yang masuk hotel dlm 1 kamar byk orang. Krn pada saat jam 2-3 saya sedang tertidur di kamar sebelah ada tamu berisik sekali tertawa cekakakn cekikin pada saat org tidur sangat terganggu karena saya kaget suaranya sangat besar sepertinya lbh dr 2 org trims..

酒店服務都不錯，早餐也可以。就是房間小，東南亞酒店特色。床單被套都舊了。在裏面吃了兩餐晚飯，也還行。服務員都挺好。

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

兩個人分別住在酒店3層與6層，進入這兩個樓層時都有很濃烈的異味。酒店早餐與同等價位巨港酒店相比種類單一，但衞生條件不錯。酒店環境很乾凈。因為我的房間臨街，晚上會有人炸街，被吵醒多次。地理位置很好，出門就有超市和咖啡館。不遠處有電子商品商城和一個古老的商場，且距離很多地方都很近。

Hotel nya sangat bersih. Karyawan nya sangat ramah dan membantu. Semakin di tingkatkan lagi ya.. Untuk menu breakfast nya.. sedikit masukan, untuk sayur nya mungkin bisa lebih variatif lagi. 3 hari saya nginap, 3 kali menu sayur capcay..

距離LRT輕軌DISHUB站步行7-8分鐘，斜對過就超市，出行購物都方便。 入住1509，房間電視壁掛，尺寸偏小，不過也一般也不用看。 桌面有提供1箇中國標準的3孔的插座接口，不過手機充電器插上鬆動易脱落。 前台因為是代理訂購的房間，就是不提供消費清單。最後衹提供了一個入住説明。

Utk proses check in karena datang jam 11.30 wib jadi agak lama menunggu nya sampai jam 13.00 wib baru dapat kamar nya. Utk fasilitas ada kolam renang di lantai 4, kebetulan kamar juga di lantai 4, yg suka gym ada alatnya juga di lantai 4 tapi pas kami inap sedang maintenance. Tempat parkir luas, di depan ada ATM dan Swalayan, di sebelah hotel ada cafe utk ngopi, lokasi hotel dekat RS Charitas
