酒店位置很好。 實際上我們到達的時候已經是下午 3 點左右了，我們預訂了 3 間房間。但只有 2 間有連通門的房間可用（很好，符合我的要求）。但另外 1 個房間仍在等待，因為房間尚未準備好。我們等了很久，直到下午 4 點左右才可以入住房間（在我要求客房服務人員打掃房間之後）。 之後我們接到電話，說我們可以享受免費自助晚餐（因延遲入住）。我們很高興。 我們大約晚上 7 點到達後，食物已經空了。工作人員沒有註意到他們需要補充食物。雞肉和咖哩湯很冷。食物種類有限。還有一群的一位女士在抱怨：每人花了 20 萬，但食物卻令人失望。同樣我們也需要支付額外的費用。 第二天早上去健身房，我在男廁發現了髒東西。 早上入住之前，我嘗試打電話給酒店來修復線路。但沒人接電話。也許管理層應該檢查一下。 入住五星級飯店是個意想不到的體驗。需要改進服務

我預訂了兩間經典房。前台幫我升級到了高層的高級/豪華房。服務周到快速。所有需求都能得到快速且認真的解決。洗手台有點小問題，修好後，經理送了一盒餅乾來道歉。瓶裝水必須說是無限暢飲的，因為我第一晚訂了8瓶，第二晚訂了12瓶。非常慷慨。

非常漂亮的新飯店，位置安靜，步行 10 分鐘即可到達繁忙的萬隆街 Jln Braga。另外，Grab 和 Gojek 也有很多交通選擇。 下次還會住這裡。

性價比很高的酒店！服務優秀，無論是前台、門衞還是餐廳服務員。早餐豐富，美味。酒店在市中心，環境一般。離Braga街步行可到。酒店有性價比很高的dinner buffet和room service 套餐。考慮到外面餐館不太衞生，我們選擇在賓館三餐。很愉快的入住體驗！

離高鐵站只有10分鐘距離，非常方便！很像峇里島風格的渡假村非常適合帶小孩，有小孩池、非常多給小孩的活動，包含手作串珠、畫畫、還有一個很大的activity zone with basketball, pickball，彈跳床等等，大人泳池也相當大長達50公尺。 非常喜歡這個度假村！很適合雅加達週末getaway

第一次想主動評價。商務出差三天兩晚。 設施：絕對的五星級標準，酒店設計別具一格，兩個餐廳（亞歐兩種餐飲風格，兩種早餐選擇）+1club，配備瀑布泳池，三室健身房，公園，草坪，舞台，獨立的多肉和蔬果温室大棚，蔬果種植園區。 服務:員工熱情，服務一流，無可挑剔。 位置：位於城市北側，距離pandung station 30分鐘車程，可以就近遊玩 farmhouse susu和orchid forest. 建議：配備醫療箱，處理緊急擦傷等事故。 亮點新增建議： 1利用魚池，提供親子投喂環節， 2利用温室大棚，增加親子多肉栽培和蔬果種植環節， 3旺季利用起草坪舞台，現場音樂live或者星空草坪電影，配上啤酒和烤肉 4在此基礎增加中國**和小紅書投放，不出半年，這裏將住滿華人。

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

Dago Dream Park – 15 min drive A family-friendly amusement park with Instagrammable spots and kid-friendly rides. You can rent an internal shuttle to explore. Lawangwangi Creative Space – 5 min drive Art gallery + café with a stunning sunset terrace. One of my go-to places for coffee and creative vibes. Cafe D’Pakar – 5 min drive Open-air dining with epic views of the valley. Come early for a spot by the edge. 位置是最好的……對於喜歡熱鬧的人來說，只要離開酒店，你就會到達永遠不會安靜的 Jalan Braga。 在我看來，房間的清潔度有點欠缺，因為房間裡鋪著地毯，所以當你第一次進入房間時，感覺裡面有很多灰塵......你會立即要求用吸塵器吸塵，而對灰塵過敏的人最好避免使用吸塵器。
