Great 5 star hotel with superb staff and breakfast! If you like shopping malls and a relaxing getaway, it's a fantastic location for you. We found it was not that close to the tourist attractions, but this would not be an issue if you arrange to go on tours like we did. However, this meant we didnt do a lot of walking in the surrounds to get a high cultural experience. Staff were superb and made us feel very special (thank you Simen and the housekeeping staff!), and we really enjoyed our short staycation.

Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

Это не отель, а райское место. Первый раз в Индии и благодаря отелю, я не представляю теперь свою жизнь без Индии. Начиная с момента встречи, встретили, как короля, так и во время всего проживания каждый сотрудник здоровался и спрашивал как дела. Отдельное спасибо хотел выразить сотрудникам бассейна, которые очень уважительно каждое утро приветствовали и создавали настроение на весь день. Про завтраки я вообще говорить не буду, просто нереальные. А номер, особенно кровать - это лучшие сны в моей жизни. Обязательно буду останавливаться ещё раз. Кроме того, в отеле есть рестораны и бары, которые тоже фантастические.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
