越南林同省設有泳池的酒店

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

這間住宿真的是一次非常愉快的體驗！一抵達時，服務人員的態度就非常親切貼心，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，還準備了迎賓飲料和新鮮水果，細節十分到位。下午時段更有免費下午茶，可以悠閒享用，讓旅程增添不少小確幸。房間部分相當寬敞，整體打掃得很乾淨，入住時心情特別放鬆。浴室的設計也很實用，淋浴的水量充足、水溫穩定，洗澡的舒適度非常高。館內設有溫水游泳池，不管天氣如何，都能安心使用，是放鬆身心的好選擇。另外，住宿還提供行李寄放服務，對於行程安排很方便。值得一提的是，退房後我們因時間關係在大廳旁等待接駁，服務人員依然主動送上茶水，貼心程度讓人印象深刻。地理位置也很好，距離市區約十分鐘車程，不會太遠，交通方便卻保有安靜環境，適合想要放鬆又不想離繁華太遠的旅客。整體來說，無論是服務、設施還是地點，都讓人感受到物超所值，非常推薦！

一個大型酒店綜合體,有游泳池、桑拿、哈姆姆和其基礎設施,以咖啡、商店和咖啡店的形式。非常方便。價格略高於內,但不關鍵。有自己的海灘有牀鋪。該設施位於高地,直至台,可以乘電梯或開電動車。有自己的海灘。到內中心大約20公里。沒有車子就不方便。我們住了5天,房間和綜合體自己很喜歡,每天打掃,參觀桑拿也包括價格和游泳池,景色很美,睡得很舒服,聽不見鄰居。休息得好!唯一的,預訂時,有小廚房,但實際上沒有工作。沒有做最小的早餐。但對我們來說,這不重要,我們沒有向工作人員提及。

房間不大但感覺不侷促。室外泳池很好，直接看海景，階梯早上退潮下去是海灘，下午漲潮直接就在海里了。早餐裏酸奶，果醬（有獼猴桃，菠蘿，草莓和巧克力4種），水果（百香果，火龍果，香蕉，芒果，西瓜）好吃。前台熱情，可以代訂長途汽車票。附近有餐廳和小超市，離公共沙灘也是步行距離。

We stayed at this hotel with three friends for several nights and had a very pleasant experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. The rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally clean, hot water was always available, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The hotel itself is small and located right by the sea, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. There are rooms with beautiful sea views as well as rooms facing the swimming pool. The pool access rooms are especially convenient because you can step directly from your room into the pool area. The hotel also has lovely swings where it’s nice to relax in the evening. There are outdoor terraces where you can sit and enjoy breakfast while overlooking the surroundings. Breakfast was another highlight. Every day you can choose your meal in advance by filling out a simple form at the reception. The menu changes daily, which makes breakfast more interesting and convenient. The only thing I would suggest improving is the reception area. Since it is located next to the kitchen, there is a strong cooking smell that tends to stay in the room because of limited ventilation. It would be great if the hotel could improve the airflow or use air fresheners. Waiting at reception for check-in or assistance can be a little uncomfortable, and the smell sometimes even lingers on your clothes. This is just my personal opinion and did not affect our overall experience. One more small note for future guests. You may occasionally see mice running around on the outdoor terrace. I would recommend not feeding them and informing the hotel staff if you notice them, so they can handle the situation appropriately. We would also like to give a special thank you to the administrator, who kindly allowed our friend to stay in our room for an additional fee. We really appreciated the flexibility and understanding. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for your hospitality. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers.

服務確實很好👍辦入住有歡迎飲品+免費按摩。我們的管家Hong熱情專業！地理位置也不錯。整個氛圍也比較chill。不過作為美奈最好的酒店之二，我覺得房間的設施有點老了，如果旺季來性價比不高。國內酒店的牙刷，梳子，刮鬍刀，吹風機，床單被套還有浴巾哪怕檔次價格比越南差不少，但這些東西要好很多。國內加工製造這些東西真是又好又便宜，雖然越南現在加工業蓬勃發展，還有一段路要走。可能是我沒定別墅房型（因為想着就待一晚），對比之前centara住了2晚的泳池別墅房型，我還是更喜歡centara的別墅房型。但Anantara服務更好，更私人化點，centara小孩太多，太吵了，英文也不如Anantara這邊好。

我在APEC曼陀羅酒店度過了一段美好的時光。飯店設施一流，房間精美，方方面面都超出了我的預期。然而，真正讓我難忘的是我的管家楊先生。 我抵達飯店時身體非常不適，從辦理入住的那一刻起，楊先生就竭盡全力確保我感到舒適。他甚至在我開口之前就能預判我的需求，並且真心實意地關心我的感受。他的友善、熱情和細緻周到，是我在其他酒店從未體驗過的。 他不僅非常專業，而且非常友善風趣。我們一路歡聲笑語，即使我獨自來到一個語言不通的國家，他也讓我感到無比自在。他從未讓我感到孤單，反而讓我感覺像家人一樣被照顧。 當我需要提款時，楊先生親自帶我去ATM。後來，當我意識到我需要的錢比最初準備的要多時，他毫不猶豫地陪我回來了。這只是一個簡單的舉動，卻完美地體現了他樂於助人的精神。 真正展現他卓越特質的時刻是，他傳訊息問我是否需要什麼。當時我已經睡著了，沒有回覆。他並沒有想當然地認為一切都好，而是親自到我的房間查看我的情況，因為他真心擔心我的健康。這種程度的關懷非常難得，對我來說意義非凡，尤其是在我身體不適的時候。 Dương 不僅提供了優質的服務，更展現了真誠的同情心。他的善良、耐心和慷慨，讓原本可能充滿挑戰的旅程變成了一段我永遠銘記於心的美好回憶。他是 APEC Mandala 酒店的驕傲，我衷心希望酒店管理層能夠意識到他們擁有這樣一位傑出的員工。 Dương，謝謝你對我的悉心照顧。你不僅讓我的住宿體驗更好了， 你還讓它變得難以忘懷。

mn nên để ý kĩ đặt phòng, mình đặt phòng nhưng đến lễ tân không tìm được đặt phòng, họ bảo ở đây chủ căn hộ cho thuê rất nhiều chứ không phải của khách sạn, nhưng họ lại để sdt của khách sạn, làm mình và gđ loay hoay gọi cho trip quốc tế tận 1h sáng mới được nhận phòng.

Плюсы: отель с шикарной территорией (павлинов штук 30 увидели), вкусным и богатым завтраком, на берегу красивейшего озера, катание на лодках. Минусов больше: основной корпус и номера в монументальных уставших зданиях, которые требуют большего ухода; в лобби женский туалет не смывал; если вы без машины - неудобно, далеко от всего; при заселении возник вопрос с кроватями: забронирован семейный номер 2 взр + 2 реб, оказалось, что кроватей только для троих; за дополнительную плату бросили матрас на пол для 4-го; в номере очень сыро и холодно, поэтому в комнатах и в ванной стоят переносные электрические камины, один из них ночью загорелся, сильно испугались, самостоятельно тушили, пожарная сигнализация НЕ сработала; не получили за эту ситуацию ничего, даже извините никто не сказал.. могли бы номер дать большой хороший, а отель был заполнен на 30%; шли ночью со спящими детьми после пожара нас переселили в такой же номер с матрасом на полу и электрическим камином, розетка и крышка у которого была уже расплавлена до нас! Перекошенный настольный теннис, бильярд/пул без освещения, сорванные шторы в детской зоне, неработающий бар - остатки былой роскоши! Печальное и грустное послевкусие…
