TheForkUserThe restaurant whilst in a lovely location we were plagued by flies whilst eating. The owner should consider a fly-trap in this area for the comfort of the customers. Our food was good but I was disappointed with my choice which ironically was the house speciality. The food was fantastic, service friendly and professional.The portions for the starters were big so I am glad I had a starter for lunch and a dessert (which was big enough for 2! My friend had the same and my husband had a main course .The views from the terrace were amazing and a lovely breeze kept us cool in the early September heat.Le Lachens

Several vegetarian options, including stuffed courgette flowers and pasta with artichoke sauce, or summer truffle - all delicious. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, including by working out English translations of the various varieties of fish on offer (skate wing with capers was fresh and tasty). We took 2 different menus and both were amazing. Staff very friendly. Don’t think twice, definitely try it. It’s a Michelin recommendation but I for sure will give a star. Interesting format, where you watch the chef preparing the dishes and he brings them to your table explaining the ingredients, which were very interesting indeed.
