However, we were left feeling frustrated and inconvenienced by the fact that despite making a reservation just three hours prior to the time of our reservation, we were not informed that there would be a subsequent email confirmation requirement. If the request for confirmation had been sent via text message, I would have noticed it. Unfortunately, our failure to confirm resulted in us arriving at the restaurant without a valid reservation. While they allowed us to dine, the experience was rushed and unpleasant. It’s important for the restaurant to clearly communicate this confirmation requirement to patrons..

We had a 5 course dinner with wine pairing which included several other extras and every bite was thoughtful and exceptionally well executed. Wine pairing was excellent and I definitely recommend. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

TheForkUsergreat atmosphere, amazing food, nice staff. however getting the staff to pay attention to us was difficult and i’ve lived in europe more that 6 years so i’m used to the etiquette. this was on another level. i think it would help if they communicated their intent esp when bringing the bill—we had to ask twice and only were paid attention to when we got tired of waiting and stood up to leave—my friend already half way out the door and fed up with their lack of attention.

TheForkUserGreat place, the food was really good and cheap, the atmosphere was on point thanks to their cool DJ, was surprisingly not crowded until 10:30 pm when people gathered for drinks. The staff was friendly and fun! I would come here often if I lived in Brussels, amazing spot!

TheForkUserThe service was incredible, the ambiance was lovely. Regarding food, we got as starters rhe croquetas de jamon and the octopus starter. Both of them absolutely delicious, the reduction on the octopus was delicious and the grey alioli was an impressive touch. Then as a main course we got the shrimp burgers with guacamole. Was expecting something fancier than literal shrimp on top of a supermarket bun. The bun was not properly toasted, the guacamole seeped into it and made the whole burger very mushy. It was rather unpleasant as a texture. The taste was fine. Then as dessert we got the flan catalan and the caffe gourmande. The caffe gourmande was just ok, coffee machine product. The flan was not set yet so it was very soupy. From the starters, to the main and then the dessert, the experience kept losing points. The starters though, they were truly impeccable. Would 100% recommend the starters and I would stay away from the shrimp burgers.
