M30***41We had a great time at this restaurant last weekend. We shared all of the dishes and the consensus among the four of us was that we were extremely pleased. I find it nice to go somewhere where each of the dishes are not pretty much the same as you would find elsewhere.Tosca Cafe

M30***41On weekend evenings the restaurant is given over to a sort of pop-up Ethiopian restaurant. Chicken tibs is good, vegetable dishes are fine. Nothing out of the Ethiopian ordinary, and not really a destination, but the woman who served us was pleasant and obliging, and since I’m often in the neighborhood I’ll definitely go back. I’d call it a little pricey, but that’s California for you.Kingston 11 Cuisine

M30***41Lots of regulars hang out here for Happy Hour. They do great cocktails, not too pricey, and if you then want a snack the sushi is pretty decent. I'm pretty sure they have 2 happy hours, not just the one that is advertised on their web (which starts at 9pm). I believe they also offer one at 4pm as well.The atmosphere is more bar-like, but there are tables at the back that fill up. Not sure I'd go there just to eat - the table area has a cold feeling. But for cocktails and decent sushi it's a nice neighborhood spot.Neecha Thai
