TheForkUserThis restaurant is very welcoming, it has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good and well presented. Also it has a good sized car park.
TheForkUserThe food was good and the service was good only one problem asked for a window table but that part of the restaurant wasn't open .
TheForkUserThis is now our go to carvery. Every visit is the same good service, good quality food and very welcoming, even if we have not booked a table. Thanks

TheForkUserThe food was excellent and was the nicest I have had, having dined there many times. I recommend the chicken burger in particular. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you.
TheForkUserBoth had the carvery, choosing turkey and lamb meats. Meat and vegetables excellent. Pity no roast potatoes available on that day due to unsatisfactory supply quality. Would recommend and would visit again
TheForkUserA get together with a friend, lovely Sunday lunch. Pub very busy. We booked our table which I would recommend. Our waitress was great, very attentive. The manager looked stressed! When extra tables had to be sorted out. Food very nice, hot and plentiful. I’d recommend Toby’s but Sunday is incredibly busy not that made our meal any less pleasant. Well with a visit.
TheForkUserGreat visit, went with a good friend and experienced a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Food was hot, refilled frequently and was varied. All interactions with Staff were positive. Really enjoyed the visit
TheForkUserWe arrived a few minutes early but it wasn’t a problem, our table was ready for us. We got our drinks promptly and ordered from the two course lunch menu. The food was excellent freshly cooked and we didn’t have to wait long. Pudding was syrup sponge and I had it with ice cream, usually this is served on the plate and melts next to the hot sponge. The Harvester serves it in a metal bucket, so it stays cold. Our server was friendly and made suggestions on our food choices, we will definitely return.
TheForkUserThe Staff member who greeted us was very pleasant and he found us a nice table of our choice. As usual the meal was very good and just what we wanted. The sun had brought people out and there was a good atmosphere. The Chef was very friendly too. Enjoyable lunch 10 out of 10. Thank you.
TheForkUserThe vegetarian sunday dinner and the beef sunday dinner were excellent.Bit disappointed there was no cauliflower cheese avaiable at 6.30 pm and the Ham&cheese pie apparently lacked flavour. Portions were generous, desserts excellent and staff excellent. A few tweaks and the star rating would be higher.
TheForkUserI loved this place so much, the food was so incredibly tasty and the staff very friendly and accommodating!! will 100% be returning!
TheForkUserBeautiful location inside a very spacious and antique building. The afternoon tea section has a number of low tables and comfortable seats. The service was amazing and the food was even better. Not the cheapest afternoon tea we’ve had but it was all worth it for how much we all enjoyed it.
TheForkUserLovely restaurant, great choice of drinks and chef couldn't be more helpful. Food was very good quality. Really enjoyed it! Just a little further out but only 5mins walk.
TheForkUserWhat a great early evening meal we have had today, fantastic ambience, our Italian waiter was brilliant and attentive, the food was spot on, all in all five stars all round, Steve
_TI***bhThis restaurant is a gem in Manchester! The creative sharing dishes and friendly staff make for a lovely dining experience. Don't miss out on their desserts; they are some of the best I've ever had!
