M43***62The White Swan at Fence was exceptional. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. Fantastic value for money at £50 for the taster menu with a variety of recommended wines to accompany each serving. We will definitely be going again.Pitcher & Piano - Richmond

M43***62Went for a day out for my girlfirends birthday, Absolutely disgraceful booked a table for 7:45, turned up just before to be told to queue behind about 15 people who hadnt booked in, went to the front to see what was going on, when we finally got in i ordered 2 drinks, which came about 20 mins later, then ordered 2 more, which 10 mins later got an email order couldnt be fulfilled, ordered 2 more and waited 15 minutes before i just cancelled got up and left, what should have been a nice end to the day we had in newcastle was completely ruined, would never go back.Whole Foods Market

M43***62The worst customer service ever especially from the women at the entrance Belinda and an other one with long hair and eyeglasses shouting on me at the entrance just because I kindly refused the mask and a bald man with eyeglasses following me downstairs those people don't have knowledge of integrity and values I don't know how they form them no smile no thank you no please no Kensington High Street standards .This is my last time IN WHOLE FOOD KENSINGTON HIGH STREET .AVOID. DODGY staff. You would prefer MARKS AND SPENCER FEW METERS FURTHER AS WELL AS WAITROSE ,HOLLAND AND BARRETT AND PLANET WHO AFFORD MUCH MORE ORGANIC AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE .The Warren
