Attending the cabbage patch to watch the rugby on Sunday afternoon to get treated as though I was lower class being stuck outside in a marquee on a park bench when paying near £6 per pint with no heaters in the height of December is a joke! Having no mention in email when the booking confirmation came through so didn’t dress to be sitting outside in -1 temperatures. Rude staff who didn’t help and ended up arguing about whether myself and my family were from the same household or not. They need to look at their staff values as without custom the bar staff would no longer have a job! It use to be an enjoyable experience coming to this pub once upon a time to which it is currently no longer.

This is the second time I have been to Masaniello. Enjoyed it the first time but last night the service let us down. We were seated and then ignored by the server for at least 15 minutes. Eventually, he gave us (for gave us read "smacked down on the table") the menus. He eventually came to take our wine order after informing us that the first two wines on the list were not available. He wanted our food order at the same time as the wine. We would really have liked to have at least had a sip of wine before eating but we were not given the time to do so. I found his whole manner abrupt and we felt rushed. At the end of the meal we did give him a tip because we were splitting the bill and it was easier to round it up but I didn't feel he deserved it and he didn't say thank you either. We chose this restaurant over a larger chain because we wanted to help out an independent during the current economic climate but I don't think I would rush back again.

I have been coming to this coffee shop since it first opened, but this is not any old coffee shop! Ballucci is a calm stress free peaceful indoor experience, which cuts off the noise and stress from the outside world. This place is know for its extra special coffee, never tasted coffee ever like this before, and the coffees speaks for its self, which usually results in queues of people waiting to get their hands on it.The staff are so friendly and great to talk too. The owner is so respectful and always willing to engage and talk to customers to always help and Improve the customers experience. If you are looking for a quiet enjoyable great taste coffee this is defo the place to come.
