M30***41Great night life barDropped in on Christmas Eve as we were walking past and fancied a drink. Reasonable music, great drinks! Definitely recommend the cocktail buckets at 300 Baht each.
M30***41Take it off the MenuI think it is disappointing when you study a restaurant menu and set you heart on something, only to be told it is not available. Of course, most times we accept that as we understand the availability and seasonality of ingredients.
M30***41Great Thai seafood! Our family & neighbors travelled to this Thai restaurant near Rayong today for a seafood lunch, and were pleased to find the trip was well worth it.The restaurant is located on Highway 36 heading south from Pattaya toward Rayong, about 35 km southeast of the Pattaya to Chonburi motorway, just past a Suzuki dealer and next to an Inner Cafe shop. With a nice breeze refreshing us, we ordered a variety of plates - crab cakes, fried fish, green veggies, apple & shrimp salad, fried rice with crab meat, etc. All were very fresh and tasty. Drinks like mocha frappes and chocolate floats were ordered from the nearby Inner Cafe. Great food at very reasonable prices and a convenient location make this a new favorite for us.
M30***41Surprisingly deliciousMy first time eating sushi, and it was surprisingly good. I''m not a fan of raw fish, but this was very good. Ordered different stuff as seen in my photos. The restaurant was pretty good, ordering through an Ipad. The staff was very friendly as well. And it was pretty cheap too. I will surely come back here again.
M30***41I tried the Vietnamese noodles there . and they were good. Very authentic.
M30***41Beer heavenLovely new restaurant with a awesome number of beers. Actually I haven''t seen such an wide selection ever before. Very fast and friendly service, food was tasty and reasonably priced. Pleasant experience.
M30***41When you arrive in Thailand, you are almost alway greated by a culture of warmth. Sure, there are the occasional human beings who are just unhappy but usually a Thai citizen is going to be happy to meet your acquaintance...so with this in mind, if you get a chance to travel South to Rayong, be sure to look up the Yindee Coffee shop run by Christian owner and pastor, Jeff, who might just be there to greet you...Yindee Coffee beans are grown in North Thailand, 3 hours north of Chiang Mai, on a village-run coffee bean farm...Yindee serves organic and non-organic grown coffee in their shop in Rayong...pastor Jeff roasts the beans himself in Rayong to produce a less acidic coffee, very well balanced....stop in and have a coffee and take home some beans to brew yourself....reasonably priced at 150 Thai baht for approximately 1/2 pound of coffee beans....enjoy
M30***41over price and not good servicewent to Fuji for lunch, first of we got wrong order, the waiter insisted that that the right order and will not change the dishthe food were not up to even average, the fish were not fresh and very small pieceoverall, not worth the price
M30***41Small place but very friendlyWe were staying at the Ohana Resort just a little further down the road and wanted to rent a family scooter. We were advised to speak to the owners of the Thai-German restaurant because their next door neighbour lets out scooters, but don''t speak any English. They were happy to help us throughout the process. Btw - restaurant serves good German food if you need an alternative to Thai. :-)
M30***41Chicken CashewI’ve eaten here three times in the past 2 months and have always had the Chicken Cashew with rice! It’s absolutely fabulous! Today I wanted some Fritos and Kitty said I had to buy a bag because they don’t open and sell small portions! I okay and she put a big bag on the bar for me! I ate a few just like I wanted and the bill came and I’m outraged! 300 Baht for the bag! I’m okay with making a profit but this is outrageous! I’m very disappointed! I will come back for the Chicken Cashew and a drink but that’s all!
