摆渡修行這是一家非常地道的日本人開的日料老店，店在唐人街的小巷裡，只有六七張桌子，非常有居酒屋的味道。定價也非常平民化，第一次看到1.5刀一杯玄米茶的，其他日料店都2.5+了，基本上都是十幾刀一個主菜~總體來說味道偏咸一點，但還是非常有“日本味”。其實“日本味”到底是一種什麼味道也很難描述，來來去去其實也就是昆布鰹魚花高湯，味霖料酒紅白味噌，也許就是出鍋前淋在鍋里的雞蛋液，那種冒氣泡像雞蛋煮老了的樣子，或者天婦羅里少見的鱚魚和混在天婦羅蘸汁里的白蘿蔔蓉，成就了那種“家庭小店”的日本味道。比較推薦的是味噌茄子，肉質非常軟糯，調味也十分友好~かつ鍋也蠻不錯，雖然稍微咸了一點，但這個特別“日本味”，裡頭有豆腐、炸豬排、大白菜、雞蛋，粉條，再加一碗米飯就是冬日暖胃最佳了~·🍱漬海帶會偏酸一些；鰻魚壽司雖然不功不過但是比較冷；鐵板燒牛肉里的洋蔥還很生，牛肉本身也一般般；天婦羅拼盤裡頭只吃了蝦和青椒還是ok的，麵糊調味會偏重手一些，但是鱚魚天婦羅炸得就不是很脆，麵糊還有一點點濕。·整體來說對於想吃到”居酒屋”味道的朋友還是蠻推薦，價格實惠，雖然出品沒有太出彩，勝在氛圍不錯Copper Kitchen

M30***41Visited Vietnamese food in Salt Lake city, the restaurant is well-decorated, provide many types of Vietnamese food. We recommended short rib Pho, the beef was really not too thick. Summer roll and crispy spring roll are also good, and we highly recommend fried bananaKobe Japanese Restaurant

M30***41For a local bakery it is quite impressive given its wide variety of sweet and savory creations beautifuly displayed the moment you enter. Their Cafe menu offers meal selections that don't limit the place to just pastries and coffee (which in themselves are already quite good).
